Despite this inconvenience, the stay was pleasant, with the sound restriction being the only negative point. In short, the property is ideal for guests seeking tranquility and silence, allowing only ambient music at low volume.

Hi Hugo, the place has a delicious atmosphere! The house is comfortable, functional and charming. We love the orchard and singing of the most diverse birds that visit the place. It made me want to spend a long season there. Marcelino and Angela are great housekeepers, easily accessible and communicated. They left everything impeccable! I'm sorry about the issue with the neighbor's sound, bringing a certain tension to enjoy the barbecue and pool. But the place is wide and with so many other cozy environments to chat and play a guitar, without disturbing anyone. I recommend for those who like to be between São João del Rei and Tiradentes, close to the craft and furniture stores that the city of Santa Cruz offers. In addition, the ground zero of the Royal Road has the Bom dispacho waterfall and is very close by. Anyway, I hope to come back another time. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a great experience! The space is exactly as described, very comfortable and well taken care of. The host was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I recommend and certainly would return!

Great flat, very large pool and very cozy family! Davi and Lucas are cute, very polite…There's a cute mto b***h, she gets stuck in case any host doesn't feel comfortable with a dog. Extremely clean, functional and organized place. It has everything you need there. Eric and his wife are always solicited for any need! The price is also much more in account than other private places which made our trip easier. The road to home is very quiet, only 100m of dirt road that I think are difficult on rainy days. Overall we liked it and it was worth it! 😀

One point that deserves more attention is the cleanliness, it was not bad, but it can be improved, there was a strange smell in the smaller room, I don't know if it was from the air conditioning, it was an unpleasant odor. Oh, the website said check-out was at 12 noon, but I was informed on the day that it would be at 10 a.m. It didn't affect my stay, but it could affect other guests. Otherwise, everything was fine and overall I really liked it, I gave it a 5.
