Very nice stay, super comfortable apartment and a great bed. It has a view of the Morro do Careca and very calm surroundings. Garage with rotating spaces and easy to park. I recommend staying at the apartment.

The environment is very well organized, all new furniture and fully equipped for whatever you need during your stay, from a washing machine to the kitchen. The hosts are very nice and respond extremely quickly, always providing clear instructions. A negative point would be the outside noise, due to its proximity to the avenue. On the other hand, it is well located, being close to any attraction in Ponta Negra.

Impeccable house!!! Everything was tidy, clean and organized. Bed linen and towels are of the highest quality. Personally, the house is better than the photo, it has all the kitchen utensils!!! And everything we needed, from tips, contact with a supplier and even contact for tours, Rose, who is a house collaborator, helped us. Check-in was flexible, Pascal and Carmen were very attentive. I highly recommend this listing, the experience will be good for sure!

the apartment itself is perfect, complete in everything, the location really is quite complicated, the address is wrong which made it difficult to find the place, and to go out at night is a bit intimidating but nothing to stop.

Excellent house. It matches the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is by facial recognition at the entrance to the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing that leaves anything to be desired.

We passed - me and my boyfriend - some days staying in Vila Sorriso and were very welcome! The location is good, to walk quietly during the day to the busiest part of the city, at night, I recommend that Uber be ordered for safety, which is in the R$6 range around Ponta Negra. We love the stay, Edilenia and her husband were very helpful and friendly all the time, they gave us some good tips. The room we stayed had air conditioning, cable TV, bathtub, wardrobe, safe, balcony and comfortable bed! Breakfast featured several delicious options! They helped us by adjusting coffee and checkout times to match our tours. The pool is very clean and a well wooded area. We also love the company of Bartolo and Jolie! The apartment is spacious and very nice. The condominium is a spectacle, sorry that we did not have time to enjoy all the amenities. We were able to welcome our guests. And the exit to the sea, with umbrella loans and chairs. Vanessa responded promptly to us, all our requests.We will be ready soon.

Márcia is a wonderful host, answers fast and is always available to answer any questions. Accommodation is very consistent with the description and photos, the location is very good. The house utensils are really good, just missing a couscous tree it didn't have. The only bad thing is the concierge, even registering them all the time asking to identify themselves in the pedestrian passage and it takes a while to open. Tirando that, everything was perfect and worth a lot of apena.

Dona Francisca welcomed me and my family very well, we felt at home during our 2 week stay. The communication was very fast and Dona Francisca was ready to clarify our doubts at any time. The house is in a very quiet and quiet place, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, with easy access to public transportation and the neighborhood's commerce.
