very quiet place,on arrival you may think that it is not good because there is a building with a work embargoed on the side,but as soon as you enter and rise everything changes,the landscape is spectacular,the condominium is well taken care of, a clean pool,and the very spacious and ventilated apartment,for those who want tranquility, privacy,can come without fear. downtown Pitangui is a bit still and for you to arrive in Christmas takes a certain 30 minutes,to the black tip 1 hour,to Jenipabu is close and the beach is very beautiful and great for bathing,you can go by ferry if you want a rsrsr adventure. The graçandu beach in front of the tbm condominium is very good,the Pitangui lagoon is 5 minutes away and is very good tbm. the only point that I think could improve would be the beds, we slept peacefully,but maybe other people do not sleep as well as they are springs. In the end,all wonderful,we intend to return for sure,I miss lying on the hammock , on that spectacular balcony.

The apartment is as advertised, everything very organized, good structure, super clean, has everything you need and more, as we were driving the location was excellent for going on the tours. A shame we stayed so little, it served us super well. Pertinho da Praia e do AP we can see the bald hill and contemplate the sea. Lots of bars and restaurants. Great structure.

I went with my family to visit our family, but we wanted our privacy and found Gustavo's house. Near Natal mall to go on foot, close to Carrefour, very close to the beach of Ponta Negra. Finally, excellent location and environment, the house has everything you need, very clean and cared for. He serves us very well and his mother a love of person. The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.

Property delivers what it promises. Very clean and organized. New and cozy. It's on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants. Carlos, the host, welcomed us very well on site and answered all the questions we had, with great agility and attention. I recommend the place!!
