The accommodation is beautiful, just as shown in the photos and everything was in excellent condition. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, apt. Spacious and very comfortable. Claudia is super attentive, the apartment is impeccable, everything is very tidy, they welcomed us with coffee, water and complimentary items, a great touch. They were super flexible with the arrival. Ideal for going with children. Downtown is a few blocks away

We escaped from the confusing carnival to spend the holiday in this beautiful hut. Silencio e tranquidade, but close to several points of interest in Canela ( it is on the road that goes to Cascata do Caracol) and close to Gramado. Kitchen complete with everything needed , impeccable cleaning and a decoration that makes the differential - I loved the red phone!!!! The house has no air-conditioning , but even though it was a super-hot holiday, the fans that the house has more than enough shape - the place is surrounded by trees and very fresh. Nice place, great location, close to several tourist spots and great restaurants. Pharmacy, bakery and markets nearby. The apartment has everything you need.

simple but very cozy place. Everything was clean and well set up, lots of bedding, blankets. The air-conditioning is excellent, on cold nights it makes all the difference. My GPS bugged on arrival, so always copy the address and paste it on the map, don't open directly from the app. Very close to everything. I definitely recommend it.

Both Karen and Chica, who welcomed us, were always available for everything even before the start of the stay until the end. We found everything as published. 100% recommended

The apartment matches the photos, very beautifully decorated, great location and has everything you need to stay. The only detail that the balcony was dirty, and had plenty of hair still in the bathrooms.

The apartment is much better in person, full of details, super cozy and with a wonderful view! For those who like to watch the sky at night, it's amazing! It is in a reserved and quiet area, but super close to downtown Gramado. I felt right at home and ended up extending my stay for a few more days. Communication with Gláucio was smooth and effective. I'd definitely be back!

The house is perfect! My family and I spent wonderful days in the house. The place is beautiful, everything extremely clean and tidy. Nothing was missing. Tomas was always attentive and responded to my messages quickly. We did not have any problems with the stay. The only bad part was the time to leave, our dogs enjoyed the space a lot! We intend to return as soon as possible!!

Excellent location! Blocks from Black Lake and the Center of Gramado! A super quiet and very homely place. It is a comfortable house that has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Regarding other comments that I read about the girl of the house I want to make it clear that it is not; my partner measures more than two meters and step comfortable! We highly recommend and your hosts were always at your service! The only thing that will change would be the TV for an S-Mart! Then all 10 points! Keep it up! We'll be back

The apartment is comfortable and has fast internet. It could have a few more utensils (wine glasses, dish towel, detergent and sponge), but it would just be a suggestion for something extra. The location is excellent, next to Rua Torta and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, Rua Coberta, etc. From the balcony of 414 you can see the Hard Rock Café building. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

the stay was great, the apartment is like inside a hotel, so it has all the amenities of a hotel, close to the center, despite having a slope to the center, for us it was super quiet.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area and in a condominium that provides a lot of security. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, we were 5 people and we were very comfortable.

Super comfortable and complete house, we were 13 guests and we did not have any problems. Recommended.
