Apartment in very good condition, very beautiful condominium and location relatively close to downtown Gramado. City can even walk if you can walk a little, but most of the time we drove anyway. The condominium has a club, tennis courts and multi-sport, but these amenities cannot be used by guests. The listing did not say that guests were prevented by the condominium convention from using the site, in this respect I ended up having a little frustration of expectations, because in the photos I was left with the perception that we could use the club's facilities, as a contribution I have to add that this information should come more explicit in future listings, but the wooded area is very beautiful and can take a lot of photos on site. The security of the condominium is very strict, and it does not allow you to receive any visitors, that is, if you are traveling with other families you need to know that it will not be possible to receive anyone in the place. great Experience. It is worth it.

The apartment is comfortable and has fast internet. It could have a few more utensils (wine glasses, dish towel, detergent and sponge), but it would just be a suggestion for something extra. The location is excellent, next to Rua Torta and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, Rua Coberta, etc. From the balcony of 414 you can see the Hard Rock Café building. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

I highly recommend this apartment! It is a hotel, with reception, room service, breakfast, swimming pool, very good wifi, among other amenities. The room has central heating, super comfortable on cold days! The bathroom is very nice too. We use the extra beds, we stayed in 4 people in the apartment, we settled very well. The hotel reception is sensational, super careful and attentive. Breakfast should be ordered separately, but it's really worth it. There is also the heated and covered pool, with scheduling, it is also worth it if you are staying more days in the apt. Anyway, it was a great stay!! See you next time!

We've stayed at some Airbnbs, but Lizi was the best host we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Attentive, cordial, helpful and gave us great tips on restaurants and tours for the less family-oriented phase! And to top it off, the apartment is the most beautiful we've ever stayed in in Gramado! We love it!

Our friendly hosts, excellent breakfast and always served on time. The house is 100% equipped with everything you and your family may need, from washing machine to coffee maker, crockery and stove. We were positively surprised by the good taste and quality in everything.

Cozy apartment, I liked it! Good location, we were able to take walks in the center of Gramado all on foot, which was great on this Easter holiday when getting around by car was practically impossible! I would definitely stay there again!!

We loved our stay in Gramado! The condominium is beautiful, quiet mto, close to the center. The great apartment!! Everything according to the photos! Only complaint is the shower that comes out little water and the double bed that is two single boxed, it would be worth the improvement , then it would be perfect!! Most for sure we will return!!

Very good stay. The photos are real. The apartment faces Rua Torta, on the penultimate floor. The apartment is very small, it has 1 room + 1 bathroom. It serves well for an overnight stay, but to spend the day, it becomes small for a family of 4. The residential building looks like a hotel, as it has a 24-hour concierge and a restaurant that is paid for separately for those who want it. There is also a room service fee. It has a heater that turns on automatically and a ceiling fan that cools down nicely. It does not have and does not need air-conditioning. Small but spacious balcony. There is a free filter in the hallway for filling bottles, which is very useful. It has a playground, grass. It has a swimming pool but I found it kind of abandoned. The boxes are tight. The host is very attentive. Great value for money.
