We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

Beautiful, modern, well-designed apartment with top of the line appliances. Very comfortable place. Good location, great views from the terrace. Couldn’t ask for a more responsive host. Regina was easily reachable and always quick to be helpful with questions or issues.

Great apartment and facilities with excelent access to the beach. The exterior and interior swimming pools were really nice, always clean and chairs available. Our host, David, was always very available and responsive to ensure our staying would be the best. We loved it and will be back.

nice apartment for holidays at Algarve. Tanya is a great host, very friendly and helpful. check-in without any problems. location is a little outside of the centre, but within 10-15 minutes walking you find all you need.

Very nice tidy and clean apartment! Located right next to the sea within walking distance, super nice communication Nuno&Daniela are super responsive and almost at all hours! They were very kind and accepted a delayed checkout from the apartment in order to accommodate us. I recommend

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

Spend a few days in holy week with my dog and everything is perfect. The accommodation corresponds to the photos and is located in a quiet area well located if you have a car. Luis was very helpful and kind, I would repeat without hesitation.

This house is all about location. Beach access just steps from the back door. Truly worth every penny to have the sand and ocean right in front of you. The island is small with lots of restaurants and a short ferry ride to old town Faro. We loved our stay and would recommend this duplex to anyone looking for a beautiful beach front stay.

Ideal house to spend a week in the Algarve, a few meters from a great beach to relax, quiet and well-connected area. The house was quite clean and had all kinds of amenities, we would come back without hesitation.

Six of us had 10 very nice days in Maike's apartment. Check-in was super flexible and easy. Everything is super clean and perfectly equipped. Maike had very good tips for us and the area is very nice. The beach is within walking distance and you are close to the sea. Although we were there very early in the year (early April), the pool was already pleasant and the weather is also great. We would definitely come again!!

Inês was quite communicative and available before, during, and after our stay. The house was in line with expectations and is close to the beach and the central area of Altura. It has a good space and plenty of entertainment options. In general, we liked it very much and recommend it!

Rita was friendly, helpful and very responsive to any questions. was especially thankful that Rita happily spent 25minutes on the phone to fix the AC remote (prior guest unpaired) and didn't leave until it was resolved -very appreciative of that. lovely stay and great hosts, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

we found it was complicated to enter the apartment but once we figured out how it worked, then it was correct. The apartment is as in the photos and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Everything was very clean, modern and spotless. The beach is a short walk away and all restaurants too. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed on site for four nights. The location is a little outside, which we consciously wanted, a little away from the hustle and bustle. Ricardo always responded in no time, always reachable. Unfortunately, the pool was waited, which we only learned upon arrival, but Ricardo has no influence on that. The small supermarket is also very convenient and we could buy baked goods there every morning. Apartment very clean, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Door from the bathroom difficult to close, sometimes not at all. Maybe you could replace these here. overall a nice stay :)

Lovely 2 bed apartment in the old town. Spotlessly clean and fantastic communication to facilitate a last minute booking. Ana, who manages the complex, and her husband, were super responsive to any of our questions or needs. As others have highlighted, the large terrace which is not overlooked by anyone is pretty special and the flat is very homely and stylish. Just to note that the shower issues mentioned in previous reviews were not an issue anymore - the shower worked very well with no issues!

The photos looked amazing, but somehow, this place is even more stunning in person. The suite is well laid out for separating the rooms and making it feel like a home. The manicured garden and the pool were really outstanding, Ricardo and Elisabete were a great host in their responsiveness and flexibility. If you are looking for absolute peace and serenity, this is it. We never wanted to leave the property. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Excellent property and attention to detail. A must!!

Jorge’s place was really a home away from home especially with our three little girls (5, 4, 1.5 years old). Our girls loved the two bunkbeds. It was spacious, super clean & the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook meals but also walkable to many beaches and restaurants; however one of our favourites was the restaurant just below the building! We loved the beach behind the building as well which was only a few minutes walk. We didn’t end up using the pools in the facility but everything looked great! Jorge himself was very responsive, professional and definitely a superhost helping us check-in as we booked this Airbnb very last minutes and got there later in the evening. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were nicer than the ones I have at home. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Portugal in the future. Irina was super nice and always quickly available if you had any questions. The place looks exactly like the pictures and I immediately felt at home. Everything is within walking distance: supermarket, restaurants and the beach. I absolutely recommend staying at Irina's place!☺️

Had a great stay. The apartment matched the photos, it was very clean and in an excellent location. It has a sea view from the balcony and is a couple of minutes walk to the market. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with lots of thoughtful things like blankets for cool evenings on the balcony, separate towels for the pool and beach, a trolley and beach accessories should you want them in addition to a well stocked kitchen and washing machine and drier. There are two pools on the roof you can use, one outdoor and one heated indoor. This is a lovely space to relax, sunbathe and swim. Maura gave us all the info we needed and kept our bags when we arrived early. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in the heart of Olhao.
