Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. The house is also large, well-equipped, has cozy beds, bedding and bath linens of good quality and care. No words for this home. I can only say it's amazing. All very clean, organized and very cozy. Victoria and Italo were very attentive and helpful. The whole house is surrounded, so for those who go with a pet, it's all very safe. My family and my dogs love everything. Sure is a house we would love to be able to return soon.

Absolutely impeccable! Our family weekend getaway was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all rooms with bathroom, air conditioning, TV, the children's pool was a big hit among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed it a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked us in and out, shared instructions about the house and its surroundings, and there was also useful information in the house itself. We will certainly be back, a well-located house, facing the beach, with chairs and a sun umbrella available, a complete kitchen to make our meals, in short, again: absolutely impeccable. Ellen and Cássio, thank you very much!

Pedro and Ste are extremely receptive. We felt at home. The communication was very easy and quick, Ste helped us a lot regarding the flexibility of chek-inbe check-out. The house is identified to the listing and very spacious, we took our pets that were very comfortable. I recommend and will come back other times ❤️

Host Fred was very attentive and helped us from the first moment we made contact. It always solved our doubts very quickly. The location of the house is very good, very close to the beach. The house matches the photos of the site and has met our expectations. We spent very pleasant days at the carnival.

I went with my family and our stay was wonderful! Everyone loved it and I wouldn't change anything. Bernardo treated us super well and answered all our questions, in addition to providing all possible information and local tips. We had two people helping at home: Deise and Bia. Both are amazing, attentive, receptive and treated us super well in every detail. In addition to Júlio, the pool attendant, who left everything clean for us to use. They were all essential! We recommend it and will certainly come back on another opportunity. Thank you!!!!

Juliana has been super proactive and receptive from the start. We celebrated birthdays with friends and everything was perfect. We received a muffin at check-in and were even able to extend check-out. The space was impeccable, closer to the beach than it seems, so you can do everything on foot. Very empathetic and cooperative. We will definitely return more often!

Our stay was wonderful, we have nothing to complain about. Clean and fragrant apartment, already had some items and clean and fragrant bed linen and towels, so much so that we took everything and didn't use ours. Everything is close by, the condominium is quiet, the pool is great and the nights are wonderful because it is heated, there is a market in the condominium itself for emergencies. My rating is 5, looking forward to returning soon. Thank you very much Anderson for hosting us.

The stay was great. House is exactly as advertised, very wide and clean. The condominium is very safe and quiet. Renata always helped by answering questions and responding quickly and proactively. Leidinha, who took care of the house and cooked for us, was wonderful. He did everything we needed and beyond. Every day, he left a table set for breakfast and lunch, with a warm cake. She also cleaned every room every day. Casa + Leidinha = wonderful stay!

Amazing experience, I have nothing to say, only to thank you for your attention, for helping when I sent a message, always attentive. I highly recommend it and of course I will return, in addition to everything there was a wonderful person to help us with household chores. It was perfect!!!!

The house has a couple of caretakers (Rose and Rogério) who are exceptional, super helpful. Around the house, there is a bakery, pizzeria, market, pharmacy, in short, excellent infrastructure. We had a problem with the heavy rain that hit Guarujá and obviously, we need to remedy some situations.. However, we were supported by the host, through the caretakers mentioned above. The house has all the utensils, including a washing machine and microwave.

My stay at Fran's apartment was wonderful, I could feel at home. The place is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Since the first time (this was the third time🤭) I stayed was based on the reviews, and I was not disappointed because everything that is described and presented in the photos of the listing really is! Not to mention that Fran is super solicit and friendly. I will come back for sure! 😃

The building's location is amazing. The apartment has a living room facing the sea and two double bedrooms overlooking the sea, a luxury. This Pitangueiras beach is beautiful and with a wonderful structure around it, it has everything you need without mentioning the restaurants, fair and shopping. The apartment is huge and very well ventilated, spacious kitchen with several utensils, large and private bathrooms. Anyway, all the best, it was an excellent stay.
