Vacation rentals with breakfast in Santorini caldera

Eleftheria was so helpful, our flight was delayed and he wait to check us in. Personally I think the place looks better in real life. We rented a car and there was free parking outside sometimes was busy but just a short walk. It’s on the other side of town but nice to be away from the crowds. There is a couple restaurants and supermarket within walking distance so you can always get things. It was perfect and would definitely stay again. Phe from London.

Callaway Cave was a great facility. It is great for families or groups. It is private and in a quiet location but still close enough for a short walk to Fira (walk is uphill). The house allows for each group have private quarters but areas that you can all hang out together. Each cave house is unique and has a small kitchen and nice bathrooms. The pool area is also very nice. The host is extremely helpful and really helps to getting you around. He went out of his way to help our large group see Santorini. I would highly recommend this residence if staying at Santorini.

It’s one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed. It’s super clean beds are comfortable. We stayed with my elderly mother in law and she was very comfortable in the downstairs bed and bath. Our daughters enjoyed the pool So much. The views are spectacular and the home smells so good. Definitely a 5 star experience. Great walking distance restaurants and bakeries!

We loved our stay in this beautiful traditional home. Evangelia was so helpful with local recommendations and helping us get around the island. The home is in a quieter part of Santorini which is nice to come back to after a busy day amongst the crowds of tourists. We especially loved the delicious breakfast provided every morning backdropped by the amazing view of the Aegean Sea! We felt right at home in this amazing accommodation!

Perfect local to explore entire island. Quick walk from bus station. Short walk to beautiful caldera. Host was lovely and checked to see if I needed anything during my week long stay.

From the time of reception to the time of departure, the accommodation and the staff were simply fantastic. Simply recommended!! We travel a lot and have to admit that what we have been offered here has only been once. Great team horny space.

We stayed at this amazing place for a month and it was a perfect stay for many reasons. Pantelis is such a wonderful host, so kind, thoughtful, welcoming, informative, and engaging. The area is remote and not touristy or busy at all. If you are looking for a local feel and experience this is a great spot. There are super nice hikes to see areas of the island and check out villages, a monastery, winery, and beautiful views of the caldera and Santorini. Getting to Santorini was a nice 10-15 min ferry ride and made for some nice day trips. We loved how restful it was on the patio and being able to take in truly spectacular sunsets or enjoy watching the water in such peace. We can’t thank Pantelis enough for making our stay memorable, comfortable, and exceeding our expectations over and over again. Can’t wait to go back again!

On our 19 day trip to Italy and Greece, this was the place that we enjoyed the most! the staff at Santorini Crystal Blue was wonderful! They arranged transportation, gave us excellent advice on where to go and what to do, and literally met our every need with a smile. They even accommodated an emergency trip to the ferry when our departure was moved up an hour and a half. We plan to return in the near future!

It was a great stay at your Airbnb. It is very well located a few minutes' walk from restaurants, bakery, supermarket, souvenir shop and bus stop. At this bus stop you can also take the bus from the "Kamari tours" agency for excursions which is very convenient it saves you from going to Fira. The hosts are extremely kind, very available +++, they are very careful to make your stay memorable. The Airbnb was impeccably clean, every day the pool was maintained as well as the armchairs. The photos perfectly match the listing. They even take care of airport transfers if you wish. Upon arrival in the fridge we had water, juice, bread, butter, honey, jam, coffee pods and tea bags available. I can only recommend this Airbnb. Our stay was just wonderful, from booking the villa to leaving! They helped in every way they could. The villa was clean and perfect for our stay. Great views, perfect/spacious bedroom/living area, private and a great sized plunge pool. A huge thank you to Penelope for being so responsive at all times. She helped us with anything we needed and was so friendly! another huge thank you to Vera who bought us breakfast every morning at what time suited us. It was always delicious and she was lovely, offering to clean the villa each day!! We couldn't fault our stay! Will definitely be recommending!! Thank you again :)

My stay in Pyrgos was great! The room was better than expected and in the perfect location. The area/village was peaceful and a wonderful place to explore. Local transit made it easy and accessible to explore other areas of the island. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and very responsive to my inquires during my stay. Breakfast was perfect each morning. Their restaurant was so convenient and the food was incredible, with amazing staff. I really can't say enough about my stay and experience! I highly recommend the location for all it has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s place in Akrotiri. Kely was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed and she provided a great selection of food for morning meals and beach towels that we really appreciated. The area was quite busy during the day but quiet at night and it had many restaurants and beaches close by. We particularly appreciated that Fira and Oia were close enough to get to quickly by car but far enough away not to be effected by their busy traffic. We definitely recommend this place to stay if you want a good base for island exploring.

The location is very good for sunset although it is tucked away. I can be challenging to travel to the town centre. But highly recommend if you want to sit back and relax and enjoy the view. Also, the jacuzzi was great. The manager also greeted us upon check in and was very helpful in many ways.

Peaceful, private, and beautiful area to stay and still walkable to others areas on the island. Their host Eleni is incredible by providing friendly service and booked all our activities for us (catamaran cruise, massages, photo shoot, and taxi) with strong communication! Her help made our trip memorable and less stressful. Breakfast was delicious and appreciate all the staff to make our stay fantastic!

Lovely place to stay a short bus ride away from the hustle and bustle. Walkable to Perivolas and Perissa beaches. Host was phenomenal and incredibly helpful all throughout our stay and prior with great communication. Only downside was the AC in the unit was poor, slept with the doors open instead to get more air flow but a small price to pay for an otherwise incredible place.

Great place, close to everything, nice view. Friendly host, she provided great information about tourism places. The lady who did the buffet, nice presentation and beautiful food. I recommend the place.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The photos do not do it justice. It made for an easy and relaxing holiday with being collected and returned to the airport, car included, delicious breakfast every morning, short walk to the beach and restaurants and apartment cleaned daily. Our family of 4 found it the perfect size with both bedrooms ensuite. Would definitely recommend!

This place has it all, and the location is perfect. Vagelis is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve had—nothing was too much trouble, and his mum’s breakfast was a lovely touch. He also arranged our airport transfers, which made things easy. The BnB is right on the walking path between Imerovigli and Oia, just steps from great restaurants (don’t miss The White Lounge). The views are stunning, especially at sunset. It’s a 30-minute walk to Fira with shops and restaurants along the way. We walked to Oia and back in a day—just over four hours total. The place itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had nice extras like robes and slippers. Breakfast arrived on time every morning and was delicious. We explored a lot, and we’re so happy we picked this BnB. I’ll recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

this was the most amazing air BnB. the photos do not do this place justice! it's got a gorgeous balcony overlooking the bay, a lovely private hot tub which is always warm and they bring you breakfast everyday!!! we were helped up and down the stairs to the flat as we had suitcases. it exceeded our expectations so much. the flat was cleaned every day and fresh towels were given. Irene was super helpful with everything and helped us book various excursions around the island. it is worth noting that the kitchen was lacking a lot of essentials (e.g. chopping board) but we made it work and there is enough to get by. everything else in the flat was perfect! would highly recommend this place.

My wife and I had this room for six nights. We never tired of looking out over the volcano and watching the sunset. And the birds riding the thermals right in front of us. The hot tub was amazing and the sunsets were perfect.
