Wow! Where to begin with this place. It was such a wonderful stay in a beautifully quaint location, close enough to essential amenities but far enough from hustle and bustle for a truly relaxing holiday away. Stefano was beyond the most helpful airbnb host we’ve experienced! Met us in town to take us to the place, offered fruit, veg and herbs from his home-grown garden and even helped us take our cases back to our car which we decided to park a little further away due to the very steep narrow hill to get to the location. Nothing that bothered us at all though, it was amazing and worth every penny!

We were in transit and for us this was a wonderful "Tiny house" in a nice and quiet area. What was really wonderful was the swimming pool that we used immediately after a wonderful tour of Sicily. And what a welcoming reception. The host was waiting for us and in the house something delicious was waiting for us. The host even wanted to help us bring the suitcases to the house. The host responds quickly to questions and is always willing to help and advise you. So for us a TOP experience.

Roberta was a great host and this house is absolutely beautiful. Great communication in a studying setting. We stayed here to hike, Mount Etna, and it was a perfect location for this. We were somewhat confused by the listing as we thought it had two bedrooms, but this was easily sorted out. Thank you so much.

What a special place 🧡 Stunning location within a family home of 300 years. Gorgeous views, heart warming rustic charm, ancient olive groves, a pool to cool down in, little homemade treats from Iryna’s Mum, freshly laid eggs…the list goes on! Iryna was an amazing host, welcoming, super helpful, brilliant communicator and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and she went the extra mile several times. We love love loved it. It would have been helpful to know that the second bedroom has both the kitchen and bathroom off it. We were with close family and friends so we made it work for us. A big warm thank you for a special time ♥️

Don't hesitate to book this place! My son and I thought it looked so beautiful in photos, but we were blown away by the beauty that greeted us when we arrived! Beautiful and lush garden, wonderful surroundings and the house itself was completely unique! A mix of old and new, it is really an architect who has had a sense of detail when they renovated this room! The place was authentic and quiet. Maria was kind and good at communicating with us before we arrived. I had read many good reviews about her personality and was disappointed that she would not be there during our stay. But when we arrived and met Vittorio who was there instead of Maria, we were just happy he was the most helpful and sweet person! He did EVERYTHING to make us feel comfortable and offered to shop for us and went to the pharmacy when I got an infection. His hospitality and charming personality were absolutely formidable! We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

**5-Star Review: A Slice of Sicilian Paradise** We spent an unforgettable week in June at *Villa in Campagna con Piscina* and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were completely enchanted by the stunning beauty of the home and the surrounding gardens. The villa is even more gorgeous than the pictures—tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and filled with charm. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. The gardens are a true highlight—lush, colorful, and meticulously maintained. Waking up each morning to the sound of birdsong and the scent of blooming flowers was pure magic. The pool area is equally serene and private, perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a quiet swim under the Sicilian sky. What makes this place truly special, though, are the hosts, Anna and Sergio. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

Very good hosting by Vincenzo, very responsive, helpful. Well-located accommodation, close to the castle, on a quiet little street, as described. Parking is available not too far away for free.

The house was our favorite accommodation on the trip. we felt good as soon as we arrived, as if we were welcomed by family. everything is done on foot, a grocery store is 5 min away. We had a beautiful intimacy and the terrace was beautiful, surrounded by flowers. I highly recommend this listing for a beautiful authentic stay!!

It takes an hour to walk to Cefalu town on a beautiful mountain, but on the bright side, it's a great opportunity to walk. The scenery is very beautiful and worth going to. Everything is ready to stay. There are shooting stars at night. It looks especially beautiful when there are no street lights. Everything is good. It's just that if you can't get a taxi when you come home late, you will need to prepare some physical strength to walk! The Host and management are very good. Thank you for taking care of us. ❤️

This is a real wow of a house. After a pretty full on country lane drive, you’re met with a proper farmhouse with stunning views. You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s only a 15 min drive to central Cefalu. We loved having bbq dinners outside and spending time in the tranquility of the house. The welcome goodies were really thoughtful and communication was friendly and helpful. They even supplied a non slip mat for my baby’s bath, really above and beyond.

Fantastic. Thanks to this great accommodation, the dream of our trip to Sicily was perfect. A car is necessary to explore the great highlights in the immediate vicinity. Federica gave us good tips. A small cafe/bar with a gigantic view is very close. Also a small grocery store for the “basic needs” . We would come back immediately if there wasn't so much more to explore in this world!

Silvia Maria and her husband Giovanni are extremely friendly, helpful and made our trip to the madonie mountains a great experience. The villas garden is beautiful and mostly shared, but the host gave us privacy and was attentive and generous to our needs, offering fruit upon arrival and some olive oil when we forgot to buy it. They gave us lots of tips and places to visit, and the trip was a great success. Thanks Silvia, it has been a great stop on our tour of Sicily.

Communication was the best! Nice and quiet location, just what we needed after the busy Rome

A beautiful villa with amazing views. The villa was spotless and decorated nicely. Everything you needed was available, great kitchen. The village of Sant’Ambrogio was 15 minutes walk away which had a few nice restaurants and bars. The beach was 15 minutes walk and beautiful. Cefalu was a 10 minute drive. Great stay!

Lovely homely stay and water on arrival. Bed was comfortable and the tv had all the apps. Daniela was very responsive and helpful with recommendations of where to eat around the accommodation.

What a beautiful month we just had at Casa dei 20 Frutti. We dreaded leaving and miss it already. We loved every single thing about our stay. The place, incredible. What a view. So comfortable, a great home away from home. The location, perfectly central. We went on a different adventure every single day. There are just so many places to see and just about all are easily doable as day trips. Our hosts, exceptional. Sophie and Alberto are just the nicest people, so generous with their time, with all the beautiful fruits on their property, and they gave us so many great tips on places to visit. An absolute wealth of information. We will absolutely be back. We just can’t say enough great things about this incredible place.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

It was perfect! Mariella is super friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a cold and she brought us oranges and lemons and asked in a pharmacy which medications would be suitable for us. Just very warm! The place is also beautiful. From the location right on the beach to the amenities. We didn't miss anything and it was very cozy. Thank you Mariella for this wonderful stay! 🙏

We are out of time in Montalbano and at Antonina's, we only feel peace, wonder and serenity.
