Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored artisan cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center of the city. The cottages of “Patio São Vicente” have been completely restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. The 13th century original wall of Lisbon the “Muralha Fernandina” is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms. Patio São Vicente is tucked away in the corner of the Telheiro do Sao Vicente square in a private Patio. The cottages of “Patio São Vicente” have been completely restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. The buildings are of historic importance. The 13th century original wall of Lisbon the “Muralha Fernandina” is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms. The corner turret is visible from the courtyard and can be accessed by the garden of one the apartments. You can sit in the quiet, shady patio at your own table, the perfect work or rest space after a long day’s sightseeing. The patio is a natural space for groups, friends or extended families to gather and enjoy time together, while still having the privacy of their own houses. “Casinha C" is a small cottage divided over 2 floors, the ground floor with a full open kitchen, dining area, wood panelled living room with sofa-bed and a light filled bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is a peaceful space perfect for a good night sleep, sheltered with the “muralha” and completed with custom storage and television. The quiet, shady patio with your own outdoor table and chairs is the perfect work or rest space after a long day’s sightseeing.You can also choose to join your neighbors at the large communal tables. The patio is a natural space for groups, friends or extended families to gather and enjoy time together, while still having the privacy of their own houses. Victor Lopes The patio is perfectly situated for discovering the city by foot, located in one of the most visited areas of Lisbon. Positioned in front of the majestic tenth century Mosteiro do Sao Vicente de Fora, next to the pantheon, Alfama and the infamous “Feira da Ladra” the twice weekly fair of the thieves makes São Vicente one of the most vibrant and busy meeting places in Lisbon. A 5 minute walk to Graca will also bring you to the two miradouros where you can have the best view of whole of Lisbon. The 28 tram is steps away. Like most old parts of historical cities, access to the "hidden" patio can be difficult for people with mobility issues. Access to the main square is via a steep ramp but the view of the church and river is worth it!

I stayed at Luis & Katherina With my Mam who is 84 years old and my sister. We had a lovely stay the apartment was exactly as described it was lovely and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, the linen was lovely quality we all remarked on how well we all slept. The apartment is temperature controlled adding to our comfort. Luis and Katerina place is perfect for a stay in Cascais near to both the beach and the marina with lots of lovely restaurants and a perfect base for exploring Sintra and/or Lisbon. Das Casa Laranja liegt innerhalb des Praya D‘El Rey Resorts mit drei gut erreichbaren Golfplätzen (Praya D‘El Rey, West Cliffs uns Royal Obidos). Die ruhige Anlage punktet mit dörflichem Charakter, einer wunderbaren Küste und Strandanschnitten sowie unberührter Natur. Das Haus selber verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool sowie mehrere Bade- und Schlafzimmer und ist vollwertig mit Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine und sogar einem Grill ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Jo-Anne war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Infos bekommen, die wir brauchten. Einmal pro Woche kommt Housekeeping vorbei, was den Aufenthalt nochmals aufgewertet hat. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und über Neujahr eine schöne Woche hier verbracht.

A Carina foi sempre muito atenciosa, rápida a responder e tentou sempre ajudar se alguma coisa não estive como esperado. A casa é melhor do que as fotos apresentam. É muito grande e tinha tudo o que precisamos para os dias em que passamos. O unico ponto negativo era a limpeza de alguns pontos da casa. Existia algum pó nas escadas e atrás das mesas de cabeceira e algumas aranhas no teto, mas nada que nao se pudesse resolver. Tambem algum dos utensilios de cozinha como tachos, estavam bastante desgastados do uso. De qualquer forma, voltaria sempre a esta casa numa próxima oportunidade

We had an amazing stay at Teresa and Rui’s beautiful home! The house exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the photos and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the location; it’s nestled in a peaceful, private area, yet just a short drive or Uber ride away from great local restaurants and attractions. Teresa and Rui were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Dit was een van de meest bijzondere airbnb ervaringen uit mijn leven. De ligging van het huis is adembenemend. Het feit dat het huis via aan lange trap door een prachtige tuin bereikbaar is, en er in je uitzicht geen enkel ander huis te zien is, geeft je een heel speciaal gevoel. De baai met de bosrijke heuvel en het azur blauwe water zijn een sprookje. De hosts Martim & Tomas zijn ongelofelijk vriendelijk, meedenkend en attent. Ze hielpen ons de spullen naar het huis te brengen en dachten op alle vlakken mee. Ze hebben ons zeer welkom laten voelen. Het huis zelf is gemoedelijk ingericht en de keuken goed uitgerust. Het is een ervaring die altijd een speciale plek zal hebben in houden in mijn herinnering
