We really like the place for our month-long stay! The location of the property is its strong point, very close to the beach of Carcavelos, to restaurants, with nearby shops as well. The hosts are very polite, friendly and helpful. We recommend the site!

The place is awesome. The view is beautiful and the apartment felt bigger than on the photos. We felt really good and could watch the waves all day to time the surf with the good tide and less people. It was perfect to go walk around and eat some sushis , pizza or steak just around the place. I will go back again when I’m hitting Caparica

Great spot right on the beach, perfect if you’re wanting to be near the surf spot in Baleal. The host was always responsive, accommodated an early check in and even helped us out with extending our stay. Highly recommend!

One of the best AirBNB's I have stayed at! The space was perfect for one or two people, the unit was very well equipped (I was there for a longer stay and grateful to find cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent!). Emanuel was an outstanding host, super fast and responsive and always there to provide a solution if I had any concerns. Also very kind and welcoming. A recommendation for future guests – the floor can be chilly so bring slippers if you're coming in the colder season.

The stay was perfect. An apartment with fabulous views, clean, cozy and with everything you need. It is very rewarding to find places to spend the night with our faithful (and well educated) compañeros, where they are treated and catered as they deserve. The house is very well located, for those looking for a quiet stay and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for hiking, bike riding or water sports. The house is very well maintained and has everything you need for a great stay. We'll be back for sure.

Amazing stay. Just walk right out and surf. Beginners to the left (Prainha = protected beach break), more advanced in the middle (Lagide = A frame), and intermediate to the right (Gigi = good for long boarding). The views from the 2nd floor terrace allowed you to do a quick wave check before heading out. The house is designed for the surfer in mind with racks, outdoor shower/rinse hose and rentals. I rented a nearly new longboard for about $15 euros/day. There was plenty of free parking nearby and the unit served its purpose. We were able to cook, rest, walk the beach and surf. The WiFi was also very stable and fast (300-400mbps). Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was perfect for our group of 10, very spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We are planning to coming back! The only thing need some improvment is the single beds, those were a bit uncomfortable, but everything else worked perfectly fine.

Sandra is a super host, communication was very easy, the check-in and checkout was done very efficiently. We are a group of 6-7 golfers that have stayed within the Praia Del’Rey resort for a number of years and Sandra’s villa one of the best, if not the best, we have stayed-in throughout the years - immaculately clean, spacious rooms with plenty of of bathrooms and nice garden with swimming pool (plus useful pool and garden furniture). Highly recommended - value for money is second to none,

It's a big and beautiful apartment. Co-host Eduardo was very friendly and attentive. If something came up, they responded quickly and adequately.

The studio is centrally located. We were in Baleal for surfing. Gil's studio had everything we needed. A small mobile heater (super important), Internet, hairdryer, water hose, terrace for the surfboards and a well-equipped kitchen. We had to change bed linens due to a change of people and Gil brought us everything we needed. It was super great!

Nuno is a great host. If you need anything Nuno is quick to respond. The apartment is right across the street to the beach. Great location, across the street from restaurants, cafes, grocery store, & shops. If you’re surfing, it’s a perfect location. Apartment is clean & is described just like the listing. We had everything we needed :) Ricardo was very friendly and accommodating, since no one was in the accommodation before and after us, we were also able to postpone the check-in/out according to our wishes! Everything was clean and the amenities were exactly as described. Value is great! The house is a bit noisy, but the neighbors usually only make noise during the day, at night with the windows closed it is very quiet. We would come back:)

We had a delightful stay. We enjoyed walking to the beach, the marina and the local restaurants. We were able to go to Sintra, see the castle and the grounds. We toured the Lisbon neighborhoods by Tuktuk. We especially enjoyed spending time in the charming town of Cascais. The perfect location near the sea. Thank you Olga.

Rossana is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment is well-located and makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes to the beachfront of Caparica, a supermarket and an excellent cafe around the corner.

We loved it here. The place was Perfect for 2 people. The hosts were the best ever. We received a wonderful welcome package. The surf and beaches were just fantastic. Take warm clothes as the wind can really drop the temperatures. We have been to many places but it’s the only place we can’t wait to rebook. Rickard’s was so helpful and is clearly dedicated to giving all the support to your holiday. So very passionate about the place, we can see why. Such a fantastic vibe. I would say if you love surfing this is paradise if you are a new starter then this is perfect. If you have mobility issues this would probably not be the best place for you due to the amount of walking you need to do. The pictures do not give the location justice. Hire bikes and get exploring it’s breathtaking. Some fantastic restaurants all far cheaper than 🇬🇧. Book and enjoy !!!
