Great little place with lots of room. kitchenette wirh dining room and living room downstairs, big bedroom up. 2 blocks from main location downtown colonial. hosts are going out of. their way to help. pretty quiet street. very close to everything. dont need a car or uber. more private than a hotel, and only 2 blocks away.

Todo está Super bien, está súper céntrico, llegas caminando a todos los lugares que hay en la zona colonial, la verdad es que es un lugar agradable o de plantas, toma en cuenta que no tiene estacionamiento, si traes auto o la opción es dejarlo en la calle o en un estacionamiento privado

Communication with Antonio was excellent. He always responded to messages very quickly and provided helpful advice. The place matches the description perfectly. Although some other guests mentioned that the space is smaller, it is actually of an appropriate size and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location is great, safe, and it’s very easy to reach all the major attractions in the old colonial part of the city from there.

Great place to stay! Host is amazing.

Stayed here for two nights with my daughters and wish we were able to stay longer. This penthouse was beautiful and my daughters loved it here. Oscar,B’s was a great host and his assistant who showed us the whole penthouse. The private pool area was the best and the whole place was just beautiful and the pictures don’t give it justice. Can’t wait to come back to DR cause I’ll definitely book here again!

Our stay at Ricardo’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ricardo was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze.

The penthouse apartment is very spacious and in the center of many activities including restaurants and shopping. In the morning there is an amazing breeze that fills the living room space and the sunlight is also wonderful. There is also a pool table in the top floor of the penthouse which is also spacious. Our hostess Johanna and her family were gracious and very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this apartment.

Saludos, mi estadía fue excelente. solo que al momento de llegar la Anfitriona debe de tener más cercanía con los huéspedes.. No usar la aplicación de Airbnb como principal comunicación…. El lugar tranquilo, Ella siempre fue cordial en asistencia, céntrico, entre otros….

Will continue to book. Absolutely love the location. Can walk to all the things I like to do.

It was a great place but at the end they tried to charge for things that were not listed in the details. Even air bnb charge a service fee they were still trying to charge. Ants were everywhere in the house thtoughout my stay

comme précisé dans les autres commentaires c'est une rue avec beaucoup de vie, entre la musique et les chants lors des messes évangéliques. C'est l'ambiance de Santo Domingo ! l'appartement est grand, joli, confortable, avec eau chaude, un bon lit et un cuisine équipée. À tout juste quelques rues du centre historique. un bon endroit pour les jeunes voyageurs !

Joël n’habitant pas sur place il ne peut pas répondre à toute nos attentes mais la présence d’une co hôte extrêmement amicale et très réactive permet de passer un très bon séjour dans ce studio.
