Super comfortable for anyone who will be in that area. The residential complex is practically new, everything is super comfortable and very safe. No complaints.

My family and I loved Yenni’s place. Everything was as listed and the home was more than perfect for us. I loved the nearby shopping center with a food court and the private gym and pool in the building. Melany's apartment was very nice, clean and well decorated. The large kitchen and living room were great for hosting a family dinner, and the en suite master bedroom was also very nice. The apartment has air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms and by the television, so you have total control over the temperature. Do note that the apartment is located on the sixth floor and has a balcony, so it made us a bit nervous with small children (not a criticism, just fyi). You do get a nice view of the local surroundings, so that was a nice perk. Most of all we felt secure, the property access is controlled by a gate guard who calls to verify any visitors. You can call for delivery from surrounding stores if you don't want to leave the apartment, although there are stores within walking distance. There is daily garbage pickup that comes right to your door, so that was also very convenient. If/when we stay in Santo Domingo again, we would definitely try to reserve Melany's apartment

The place was extremely big and perfect for our party size. The location was excellent and very private. It was just as described! We will be back next year and definitely booking this rental again. We love Jean! He will become our top host for our frequent travels to Santo Domingo.

Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We had a few quirks with appliances after checking in but all of those concerns were addressed promptly the following morning. One of our guests left a sweater and their team was nice enough to coordinate with them to ship it back to New York. Amazing hospitality!!
