I simply loved everything, loved the house, the street, the proximity of the beach. Me and my husband were well treated by Dona Cláudia and her husband, love the pets. I am grateful for the affection they had with us, for having treated us so well, with so much care, we felt at home. The only bad part was having to go home😭😭 I will definitely come back more often and I will bring the whole family ♥️

The condominium is great and organized, with swimming pool, bar and streets very well cared for in addition to being quiet at night. The house is perfect, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom of great sizes with a service area with washing machine. Reserve without fear :)

We booked wrong for 1 person and it gave us the possibility to change the reservation without any problem. Another person has joined from 4 and this too has not given Lenner any problems. We arrived at 3 am and he waited for us outside the house giving us directions to get to the house from the airport immediately. He welcomed us with fruit, warm tea and absolute availability for everything. Mobile communication was perfect and she took the time to us when we needed it even if not physically present. Augusto's house looks a lot like the ad, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms and everything is very nice. The entrance to the condominium is a little weird, but those responsible for the guardhouse are very attentive. The path to the beach (which is wonderful) is very short and passes through a river that when the tide is low is super quiet, but when it is high it is a little scary (we chose to go to another beach that has a structure of huts that is a 5-minute drive). The only inconvenience was the pool, which was not suitable for use. According to the responsible guy (I don't remember his name now, but he's a super nice, pleasant and helpful guy) she had a problem that was making the water color cloudy. For us it was not a big problem, because the idea was really to enjoy the beach. For those who want to relax for a few days in the midst of nature, it's really worth it!

The house is huge, well-equipped, has barbecue, several dishes, glasses, pans, huge refrigerator, smart TV that is super rare to find on Airbnb and caters well even in large groups. The house has a private beach, basically. We walk through the yard, open a gate and there is the sea super calm and warm and without anyone, the host even offers beach chairs, treadmills... A paradise. The yard even has mango foot, graviola, pitanga... A delight. Points that can improve: When we arrived the beds were discovered. Some mattresses are just dark-colored foams, there's a bad impression as soon as it arrives. Bath towels with mold, pillows and some beds as well. We searched for the least bad bed to sleep. For those who are without a car is a little tricky, since nearby at night there is almost no food option and it is far from downtown. The beautiful waterfront, but at night we walk almost 1km to find something open so we can eat

We love staying in the house! everything according to the listing. the house is super well located, close to the market, bakery, deposit, and especially the beach. clean house and spaces. we still have all the support of Seu Manoel, house caregiver who in addition to helping us with questions about the stay, always left some sleeves with us, I highly recommend it!

It was a very pleasant three days in Fernanda's house, her parents welcomed us very well, they are kind and pleasant people, we felt at home the children were very happy in the pool, all the electronic devices worked perfectly except the oven outside. The barbecue is wonderful and we can grill every 3 days of our stay, the neighborhood was friendly, a very calm place with beautiful beaches nearby. The pool was cleaned every day by an employee, there are two bathrooms one wider with cold water shower and another small one with shower with hot water, two bedrooms had air conditioning and two bedrooms with fans, the house was very clean and we found all the utensils for cooking, it was an excellent stay and we intend to return, as well as we recommend the house to other people, we were 13 people in total being 5 children and 8 adults , communication with hosts was straightforward and responded to me quickly. We are grateful!

The house is simply a delight! Excellent location, very cozy, beautiful view over the sea! It is true that the kitchen could be more functional (we miss utensils) and everything was a little cleaner; it was not dirty, but you could see that they had not given aqueeela cleaning, but the house is so large, it is understandable (it is only as a suggestion). Anyway, it was worth the experience a lot because the house is delicious, the treatment of the hosts and Rogério, very good too. I recommend it!
