Everything was perfect! The house was spotless, very well equipped and as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is super quiet and comfortable. The host was very friendly, attentive and quickly answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

My friends and I had a pretty nice weekend at the quinta, the facilities and amenities are just as shown in the photos and the attention of the host, as well as the people who take care of and live in the quinta, was excellent. The only thing that made us feel a little “vulnerable” is that the wall that protects the estate is only a fence, so anyone who passes by could see us perfectly, although to be honest, in the two days we stayed there, at most 5 vehicles passed by. Something that we did find quite unnecessary is that there is a camera inside the house recording the living/dining room, but other than that, we highly recommend the quinta :)

We had a fantastic time with our family at this amazing place! The home was spotless, and the views, especially at sunset, were absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the city and Chipinque. Rubin and Carlos were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also perfect. just a short walk to local stores and coffee shops. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We had a very nice time! Very easy to get to and it's a great option to rest and have a nice time I highly recommend this place, Ivan, the host was always attentive, was very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We enjoyed the pool, cabin and apartment with all the necessary amenities We'll definitely be back!

The farmhouse was excellent, very nice and perfect for relaxing on a mini vacation. The service was very fast. 100% recommended.

The house feels much more spacious than in the photos. It seems that the furniture was chosen very carefully, making the house look very nice. The beds are comfortable, it was very easy to access. We were very comfortable. It was only a weekend but we would definitely return

The stay was excellent, the house is spacious, all the rooms have their bathroom and dressing room, the house is luxuriously furnished and the beds and pillows are super comfortable.

Nice place with plenty of space. downside is common areas are not cool during summer days so it's somethingto consider if you plan to cook or need to use living rooms

Luis is an amazing host! Very communicative& responsive - great suggestions for places to go: restaurants, music, museums. He is very proactive & responsive-appreciated his check-ins. There were a few minor challenges which were addressed promptly. The shower runs warm if you let it run but it never gets hot hot. But…after a day in the sun a warm to cool shower worked well. The space is spacious-high ceilings! Bed very comfortable. A/C powerful. Very lively area-if you are looking for peace & calm…this is a vibrant area-on a busy but narrow street. So much in walking distance! Can uber anywhere easily. Even to San Pedro maybe $10. All in all-we loved this space. It was comfortable well-located for us-artsy, a little gritty but always felt safe. We would stay here again.

Casa Alborada was exactly as described, House was neatly clean along with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped .Very nice and quiet neighborhood, Walking distance to a convenience store and with restaurants, and popular places of interest nearby. Visited Santiago for a wedding along with Family and Casa Alborada was exactly what we needed to rest after the celebration.

Everything is good - as described. Don’t hesitate to reserve! The street seems quiet.

My favorite place to stay in Monterrey, the service, cleanliness and comfort are always perfect. I will definitely book with Cristina again.
