The Gatto in Vigna company, immersed in the floral greenery of vineyards, woods and olive trees, is characterized by its good-natured and relaxing climate with views of the hills up to the Prealps with glimpses of the Dolomites. The estate is completely fenced and offers two independent apartments: the CAPOGENIO apartment consisting of a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Located at the foot of the hills of the DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, the apartment in a very quiet residential area is a short walk from the center of Col San Martino: supermarket, pharmacy, newsstand, church, pastry shop, coin laundry, bus stop are within walking distance in a few minutes. The location allows you to reach both the peaks of the Dolomites and the Adriatic shores of Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, and Venice by car.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
