Villa vacation rentals in Polvilho

I stayed at Denise and Thiago’s apartment for 6 months. They added me to a community chat group with the other residents of their property and were incredibly responsive with any issue that came up while living here. It’s close to centro, but far enough away that it’s a bit safer. The view is amazing from the balcony, and I had so many wonderful nights there. Friends who came loved the place. This is definitely the stay for someone who wants a more local and low key experience, and it’s great for a long term stay. I would recommend any of their rentals. Denise really cares. I can’t thank them enough for having me for half a year, and I will be messaging them for availability when I return to Brazil. They are trustworthy, responsive, flexible, and reliable people. And as I said the place is beautiful.

Luciana was very attentive, the wonderful house, impeccable cleaning, with everything small we needed. The location of the house is wonderful,very close to everything. For those who go on show at the Allianz Park there is no better place....I turn the corner has arrived.

Everything went according to plan, no unforeseen circumstances. The Studio is in a very quiet place and close to everything Cesar was always very helpful and promptly attended to me every time I needed it. Weekly cleaning helps a lot, careful staff. Would recommend!

Maria was a nice host and gave us a flexible check in time and check out time and when I asked if there was a hairdryer she also went out and bought a new hair dryer which was very kind.

The house is amazing.. very well taken care of and is exactly as it says in the listing. We had a very good holiday at Rodrigo's house and Eva's presence and care made all the difference.

The stay was amazing, the house is exactly like in the pictures, everything was clean and organized, location of the excellent house, the heated pool is spectacular. Fabricio is very good people, super helpful and responded very quickly, gave us all the guidelines and made us very comfortable. We are very grateful and happy with our experience. We held a family meeting on the long holiday of Easter and Tiradentes, and it was a divine experience. The house is very spacious but at the same time cozy, everyone in our group praised a lot. All rooms and bathrooms are well taken care of, and the outdoor areas of the pool, mini-golf, and playground and lake are great. The terrain really is very large, you can be losing in there. And always a calm and quiet. The service was also great, Denilde answering all the questions and always available, the caretaker Juari very attentive, even took the children of our group to fish in the lake. These were wonderful days and we certainly want to repeat. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you so much for everything!

Maria José a Zezé was super attentive and caring. When we arrived to spend the Carnival, we were surprised with souvenirs and costumes for the children!! The house is great has everything it takes to spend days with the family! The Super Clean Pool and the impeccable garden! super recommend!

The house is impeccable. Great structure, many suites, making guests comfortable. The house also has several common environments, making the experience even better. The outdoor/garden space is also nice. We took dogs and gave them a lot to play. And the pool is also very good! I'll come back again!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is very large, well maintained, spacious accommodations. The pool is amazing, big and catches a lot of sun. The children loved the small swimming pool. Super recommend! Neusa and Neide are very helpful!

The house is very comfortable and spacious. It is in a very nice gated community with great infrastructure. The host was very thoughtful and helpful. It has a lot of gaps, stairs and different levels, which gives a special charm. But it can be dangerous for kids. In addition, the house was impeccable with excellent bedding and we spent a great carnival holiday. We would be back for sure
