Passionate about this place: super cozy and romantic. The decor is perfect and beautiful! Ah, Karina , Adriana and Mel's cuteness were excellent hosts and provided us with an incredible experience.

The stay was very good and quiet, everything was clean and organized and Jaime, the housekeeper, was very attentive and willing to help us when we needed it.

Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

We went as 7 people, stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with the cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, mine loved being able to run around the lawn outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linens and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a shower stall in the bathroom with a gas shower and a few more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that do not appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, had plenty of blankets and towels, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it is extremely well equipped, the pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house afterwards and intend to return! In addition, it is cozy and you can feel a positive family aura, you feel a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note a thousand!

Great location, close to the subway, the studio overlooks Rua Maria Carolina, very cozy and comfortable. The host responded quickly whenever I needed it. Condominium security guards are always attentive and considerate. It was really worth it! We love it.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist attractions. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and would recommend Luciano's accommodation.

Excellent stay. The apartment is wonderful, the terrace is sensational. Marcos always very kind and request. When I go to São Paulo, I'll stay with Marcos again, no doubt.

Excellent location. Clean and well-structured with quality bed linen. Air conditioner with heating. Great gym and swimming pool. Perfect for 2pax. Very polite host, even helped me retrieve an item I forgot.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The apartment was spotless and everything within was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The closet had enough clothes hangers for our clothes. We were also happy to have heating in the unit since the temperature in São Paulo was a bit cool the first evening. The washer and drier in the unit was much appreciated. The building felt very secure and has pleasant staff. It is near many restaurants, stores and night life. The communications with Marcos was excellent. Responses to our inquiries were quick. We will definitely stay here again.
