We found the accommodation pleasant! The only information I don't remember seeing is that you have stairs to go down and arrive at the entrance of the property, which is located at the bottom of the main house. It has all the utensils available, super clean bathroom, large environments, very quiet street, it has no garage, but there are several places to park on the street, Mrs. Magali was very helpful, attentive, she passed her number and she was available to her, she answered me in the two times I needed it. For a short stay we really like the service received.

What a wonderful place, I recommend it to anyone... I'll be back, because I was well received and everything was in order.... The house has everything... you have to go and see....

My family and I loved spending the weekend at Renata and Marcelo's house. Place with a beautiful view, cozy atmosphere, clean and equipped for a great stay. Receptive hosts ready to serve us. Anyway, just gratitude for the happy moments we spent there. I definitely recommend it! Anyway, thank you for everything and we'll be back soon!

Sergio and his wife, Marcia, are very considerate people! We had absolutely no problem with the stay The house is the same as the pictures. The care that exists with the environment to make guests more comfortable and feeling at home is clear. The location is very quiet well wooded, close to a market that serves the region well. All clean, tidy and in good condition, everything works. Due to great hospitality I plan to return with my family soon for more days of peace and rest.

I was on the Easter holiday with friends, children and pets we love so much! The atmosphere is great, it was clean, various appliances, maintenance and cleaning of the pool every day! We left planning a tour soon!

We spent an amazing fds at the home of Dna Albertina, which always served us quickly, being very friendly and helpful. The house is wonderful, huge (more beautiful than in the photos) very organized, clean. With an incredible view of the mountains and sunset. The fantastic leisure area. The kids had a lot of fun. It is a great place to gather a lot of people with a great gourmet area with barbecue area, games room, an elastica bed that the children loved and the heated pool (we went to the night)...all this was a huge differential. The house is all walled, for anyone who wants to take their dog is very safe, without escape route. Just one day that the Internet was a little unstable, but it honestly didn't miss us. Everyone loved the site and we intend to come back more times and stay longer days, because 1 weekend was little....

As always we had a wonderful stay and I like this place so much that I decided to celebrate my birthday in this enchanted chacara with 50 guests. Tods very well accommodated in the chacara and was only compliments. Tdos os chales are charming, clean, the reception by chris and regina could not be better. And very close to vinicola goes and tbm from the beginning of the wine route. Anyone who can have this experience is well worth it.

Zaqueu is a great Host, clear and answered everything quickly, great at negotiating, I would definitely rent the space more often

Amazing and very well-located place. Instructions were clear and host was very responsive. Also, host was very flexible for an earlier check-in, we really appreciate the flexibility. Internet was stable and fast, and the heater worked perfectly, never had an issue. I would stay again in this place!

We had a wonderful stay! Gesiele was extremely kind, attentive and polite, always willing to help. The apartment exceeded our expectations: well located, clean, tidy and with a cozy decor that made us feel right at home. My wife, who is a Grey's Anatomy fan, was delighted with the picture of the characters and the striking phrase – a special touch that made all the difference. Our son had a lot of fun in the playground, which made everything even more perfect. In addition, the price is fair for everything the accommodation provides. We definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location, 2 blocks from Paulista, right next to the market. Quiet street. The apartment is perfect and the hosts are very attentive and helpful. Great location, close to everything I planned to go at this carnival. Can easily walk into quieter events and others with more people at Consolação, Augusta and Centro. Ap well equipped with utensils and some items like salt that helps you not need to buy something that is used so little. Thank you

Easy to find location, Roberio warned me about not having parking but I managed to find a way to leave the car in a parking spot on the street, very close to the building. Everything was organized and both check-in and check-out were smooth.

The apartment is very well assembled, modern, clean and quality bed and bath linens!! Location with plenty of nearby restaurants and subway.

Once again we had an amazing stay. All neat and tidy, and very nicely decorated. We were very welcome by Edson, and surprised by a welcome gift on the kitchen table. You are the best hosts! Richard, thank you for providing us a place in São Paulo that we can call home, even if we don't live there anymore. It makes all the difference in our visits to Brazil to arrive in an apartment where everything is already so familiar.

Clean location, easy check-in, apartment matches the description, to get to Paulista you need to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and they settled in super well. Quiet air-conditioning.

I was super well received by the host! The house is perfect for what I was looking for. In a quiet place, with an outdoor area to relax in at night. The kitchen is well-equipped. The house is very close to a market. So I could eat at home. I didn't use a car but there is a garage. Cozy atmosphere! I'll definitely go back!
