I spent a week with my family in this home and it was very tasty!!! The house is super cozy, spacious, well equipped and surrounded by nature and quiet, precisely what we were looking for! Rodrigo was an excellent host, gave us clear instructions, very useful indications of nearby services and helped me with all the questions, always responding promptly. We will definitely return!

The house is very well distributed and manages to meet the reserved part of the rooms and a perfect integration in the area of cooking, playing and enjoying the sun and nature. The condominium is perfect. Great location, tranquility, security and privacy. We can still see monkeys in the surroundings and beautiful birds. It was a perfect holiday.

i stayed with my family, including an elderly woman of 88 years, at Easter 2025, everything went well, great space, we hunted eggs, barbecue, pizzas, watch movies on the paid channels available on the TV of the house, detail for the sound of the tv with soundbar (top), in short, the kitchen has useful utensils, has dining table in the house and on the balcony which facilitates mto to make meals inside the house if it is cold, all the comforts have doors that overlook the pool /leisure area, so we have a beautiful view all day, the pool is large and clean, my son loved the playground and the saguies that are in the trees, the very airy rooms, the bathrooms are large and the solitary and friendly houseboats. We love the stay, it was perfect to gather the family, talk and have great laughs. Ah, the location is perfect, on the edge of the asphaltada lane already has the entrance. We indicate the place.

Wonderful from beginning to end. All very clean and organized. We hired the cleaning assistant recommended by the tenant, Joelma (nicknamed Jô) and she was great! No complaints about this amazing stay!

The place is very easy to access and Clélia gave us information that made it even easier to get there without error. The accommodation is very good, all very clean and preserved. The kitchen is complete and features two refrigerators and a freezer to store drinks and cool faster. Good barbecue and a great barbecue with the family. The key point is the landscape, for those who like to enjoy it, I recommend and very much stay on the balcony watching the dam just ahead, it looks like a painting of so beautiful! The town is very beautiful and comfortable, the neighborhood has an infrastructure of giving envy in neighborhoods of São Paulo, asphalt to the door, safe and quiet. and Everything was very clean and well described, Patrícia and her husband are very friendly and polite, they welcomed me very well even being 11 pm during check-in. Very good a stadia, local. Clean and tidy apartment, nicely decorated. As a tip I suggest leaving a blanket for the sofa bed.

My family liked the lodging a lot, and the dogs then, I don't even need to mention that they will be drowsy for at least 2 days, rsrs. Edgard was very kind at the reception. The house is very good, it offers comfort and many amenities, a super nice and comfortable house. The area is very good and close to the main avenue where there are several cool options for night and day too. I highly recommend Edgard's accommodation.

We were in three couples and the house surprised us positively! We expected two double beds and a sofa bed, but we found three bedrooms with super comfortable double beds, in addition to the children's bedroom and one more bathroom — that is, much more space than advertised. Everything clean, organized, well-equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor area: barbecue, a spa with hot and cold sauna and a jacuzzi with perfect temperature for relaxing. The stay was impeccable and would be back for sure!

easy communication and great response time, both Fabiane and Mr. Maranhão were always willing to help, the space is large, well-lit and very pleasant, I believe that the only detail is the pool that is a little smaller than appears in the photos and 1 of the double beds that was broken, but it was easy to adapt and accommodate, it's worth it!!
