Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Rosa de Osos

This is perfect & very peaceful at night compared to the Pabado district. Close to every type of store & restaurants you might need. The host was super responsive & made us feel at home. We had a terrific stay here.

Great place overall, I have stayed at a lot of places in Colombia in this was my favorite.

It’s was a great vacation. I went on a girls trip and there was so much to do. Would definitely book again!

The location was nice and family friendly. It was easy to walk into town and safe. My only recommendations on a personal note would be to add another air conditioner to the living room because it gets hot. On a second suggestion, it would be to open the pool area before 10:00am. Other than that, I would recommend this place for nice vacation.

This was the most wonderful Airbnb experience! Hands down the best in Medellín, in the lovely area of Laureles. The space is huge, clean, spacious and full of light. The balcony on the second floor is a dream and the jacuzzi is *chef’s kiss*. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city, which we loved to just sit and take in at night. It truly felt like an oasis. The hosts were kind and very quick with responses, addressing any questions we had. They were even flexible with our checkout, which we greatly appreciated. The weekly cleaning was also a beautiful touch. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very well located, safe area, it is as shown in the photos, the only thing I would add would be a microwave, otherwise I have no complaints.

As a frequent Airbnb user, Yannick has the best apartments in Medellín, and I'd say some of the best in the world. The apartments were better than they looked in the photos. The area is beautiful, completely residential, and equidistant from the best spots in the city. The staff working with Yannick (Camilo and Ivan) stood out for their level of professionalism and customer service. I can't wait to come back.

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

The location was EXACTLY what I desired from a stay in Medellin. The neighborhood is very walkable and so many restaurants and ice cream shops are less than 10 minutes away. The home looks like the pictures and is quite spacious which I loved. A Lot of greenery/ plants and a great view of the neighborhood. And lots of sunlight. I would say the only con for me was the lack of AC but thats also common in this area. Either way the place stayed pretty cool and there were good fans. I recommend staying here especially for a group.

Very nice apartment. Easy to find, clean and spacious. With everything you need for a good stay. Many places nearby such as supermarkets, Oxxo, cafes, and shopping center. Focusing on the apartment, it's very functional, the only thing to improve is the sofa, very hard, hahaha, otherwise everything is great. I'd come back. Very good service.

The place matches the photos exactly, the host was very helpful and attentive to our concerns prior to the trip, and Gustavo, the person in charge of the house, was always very attentive to our arrival and departure.

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Absolutely amazing place for enjoyment, beautiful cottage, clean, safely, Jose is incredible host and William take care very well 24 hours. I completely recommend this cottage, easy access from the hwy. I will be back for sure next year!

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I was really impressed with this apartment, all the attention to detail and very modern decoration makes it feel like home. The view is amazing from all rooms, everything feels new and there are very good cafes for coffee and drinks close by. Olga is an amazing host, very kind, proactive and always quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommended, you will not regret booking this place, it really is a 5 star apartment.

this place is a charming, compact but versatile space. 2 small well appointed bedrooms with powerful mini a/c units. a small but compmetely funtional shower bath. a half bath off the living/dining area. this place is at a great price for what it delivers. Andrew is a great host and quite responsive. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this incredible city and hope and pray this unit is available for my stay. Look no further. This place is the real deal.

Our host was very attentive and gave us recommendations to get there from the airport, and the facilities were good, just as shown in the photos.

The place felt safe, easy to access and private. It has a beautiful city view. Places like Comuna 13 are very close, as well as downtown.
