The property is just as the photos show, very comfortable apartment, very central to get to the hot springs and the coffee region. Highly recommended, Yuliana was excellent, helpful and available.

Excellent stay to spend a few days in Pereira, the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, we highlight the tranquility of the area and the location, we had no problems, everything was very good.

Alejandra was always attentive to answer everything we asked her, the place is ideal to rest and is close to the center of Pereira, it is a bit hot, but that does not mean that it is not comfortable. There was everything you needed to cook. It's a plus that there's laundry (for a fee) inside the condo. I recommend it 100%.

Excellent apartment. Very comfortable, tidy and clean. The modern building, with a 24-hour concierge. Parking for the car in the building. The location of the property is very good. One block walk from a shopping mall, with many restaurants nearby. Definitely a very good place to stay in Pereira.

I can honestly say William is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Very responsive, and always helpful. The apartment is as described The area is local and there were lots of places to eat. We actually cooked our meals for most of our stay as the kitchen was very well equipped. And there were 2 grocery stores nearby. A bit noisy at night but nothing that prevented sleep. I used the gym which was nice but we didn’t use the pool although it looked very nice. I would recommend staying here. Of note we didn’t use the second bedroom but it is as described.

This was the perfect spot for two! The view was nice, the TV was great, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location was great, and the place was spotless upon arrival. I definitely had a relaxing weekend in town! I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!
