Very good place, organized and comfortable as offered. Thoughtful people and good location.

This Place is perfect in every aspect. It was Clean, Quiet, with all amenities, closer to grocery shop and restaurants. We loved this place. The only problem I faced was that the keys of Bedroom and Bathroom was not available in the house and since the room got locked we had to struggle for the checkout but the owner immediately send the help and the problem was resolved. Just we faced issue because of communication gap rest all was fine.

I loved the apartment, very comfortable, clean, the smart door lock is too useful to check in and out independently. The view is wonderful, great location. Very close to restaurants, Ara, just a few steps from the Ministerial Church of Jesus Christ International. Excellent experience. Thank you

An excellent place to stay, in an area where the best restaurants and entertainment centers in Pereira are located. Clean, tidy, with all the requirements for a perfect stay, whether for work or vacation.

Very quiet place to rest, spacious apartment, good room and kitchen, easy access, you should only walk a few blocks to find restaurants and supermarkets, unfortunately it does not have a parking space (it is its only fallence).

Excellent service from Carlos, always attentive. The apartment's location is excellent, close to main roads and areas of interest. The only thing to improve could be the cleanliness and condition of the sofas.

Carlo's place was very piecefull and clean. The convenience store was nearby. I like the little patio with fresh air and privacy. Hope to return in the future.

Excellent well located , close to shopping centers and restaurants in a very good area of Pereira. Quiet environment away from the noise the apartment is large and well equipped ideal for a few days and to be able to visit nearby municipalities.

Good location and view of Dosquebradas

My experience and that of my pets was very pleasant overall. The place is comfortable, conveniently located, and has a pool. The excellent value for money, undoubtedly an option for those who want to be well without spending too much. Some common elements may be missing, such as a TV, an additional sofa or chair, space to store or hang things, or kitchen utensils that would make the stay more complete for future guests, but in short I recommend the place and I would not hesitate to return.

Matilda is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and patient with my Spanish. Her home is beautifully decorated with a warm, soulful vibe and great attention to detail. Her cats are well-behaved—one is sweet and playful, while the other is a typical independent cat. The pool is gorgeous, navy blue, and very clean. The concierges are so helpful, and there’s beautiful nature on one side of the apartment complex. I felt at home and will definitely return!

Great location! 24 hr security and gated parking structure. Walking distance to many restaurants and a mall down the road. Laura and her sister Yolanda were very helpful and quick to respond if we had questions. We were brought fans as the condo does not have air conditioning, the fans did their job and we were not hot at all. The unit has a washer/dryer combo unit and plenty of hot water. I recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay at Martha's. Very welcoming and available host. The room is clean, as described and comfortable :)
