Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Reparata

We stayed at the accommodation for three nights. The apartment is quietly located and larger cities such as Palau can be reached in 10-15 minutes. I would book the apartment again anytime.

Antonio gave us a very warm welcome! The location and the location of the house are magical and very idyllic. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and the house has been very lovingly decorated. Thank you for a great stay!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Our stay was very pleasant in Paola's house, we have everything we need in the house… Beach toys for children, bikes, a magnificent quiet terrace and a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The village is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bike as well as access to the beach. The largest town Olbia is a 10 min drive to do more shopping and especially enjoy the many restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

Incredibly responsive and helpful hosts. Apartment was clean, aircon working and view was out of this world. Pool was fabulous and very quiet (usually we were the only people using it). Morning bread delivery was great. Kitten kept our children entertained. 15 min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. 15 min walk to an amazing pizzeria. We spent more than we usually would, but this apartment was so worth it. Thank you so so much for an incredible stay.

The house is large, comfortable, with all the essentials. The exceptional view, with a small beach right in front, just across the street. The outdoor area, truly large and private, allows you to enjoy beautiful days. Marco is always available for any need. We hope to be able to return for a longer vacation.

Pleasant stay, the sea is really close. The restaurants next door are very decent. The apartment is nice with possibility to eat on the terrace. Very close to Castelsardo.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need – a comfy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and living room. It's in a quiet area, not long walk to the promenade. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

Cecile is very welcoming, friendly and warm. She welcomed us with a smile, the accommodation is impeccable and well-equipped. We chose this place for its proximity to Figari airport and we were 6 minutes away, we couldn't be closer while being in a quiet environment and close to Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio. Bonjour, We had a pleasant time at Julien's apartment which fully matches the photos and description. Indeed there were a lot of mosquitoes and ants but in summer this is normal! I would recommend this property in a very good location. The only downside was the bed which was too narrow for us.

The area is really excellent to enjoy the sea, to get around by car and to reach the center of San Teodoro. All services are close by. An extra point is for the accessibility to an ecological air inside the residence that allows you not to worry about the disposal of separated waste... aspect that in the previous stay (not here) had created not a few problems. really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

Maurizio's place was 100% perfect. It is actually much bigger than the pictures. There are two full size rooms and one smaller bedroom. Both bathrooms were good sized. The location was excellent- walking distance to restaurants, the castle, bars, etc. There is free parking at the apartment if you are able to get it - which we were. Otherwise lots of paid parking nearby. The apartment was FULL of amenities that were all in good condition. There is a clothes washing machine we used twice. There are SEVERAL BALCONIES that you can choose to relax on. The apartment was very sound proof when windows were closed. A/C worked great. There is a view of the sunset from the front patio. Maurizio was very responsive and made very clear that anything in the house was open for our use including the bottled water. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and would be great for two couples.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

We are delighted with our stay in Porto-Vecchio at Christian's! The accommodation is very well-equipped in a residence with multiple advantages (swimming pool, tennis court, tranquility etc.). It is a little set back from the city center but gives quick access to the most beautiful beaches by car.

Nelly's flat is really wonderful. Everything is provided, it's spacious, tasteful and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the car park and was a meeting point for all the local cats; I love cats so this was a bonus for me. And, then, mountains! Snazzy bars on our doorstep, a free shuttle bus to take you up to Old Town. We walked back down most nights, 10 minutes at most. Twenty minutes from the best beach in the world, Saint Guila, with crystal clear water and a fab beach restaurant. I was very grateful that there is a washing machine and a drying rack. Really great.😃

Great stay - peaceful and quiet. Our family loved the pool. The apartment had most of the things we needed - it is a little tired in places but comfortable and in a beautiful and tranquil location. I would recommend!

I had an extraordinary stay at Aurélie's place. Communication was smooth, accurate, and responsive for check-in and check-out. It feels good and deserves to be highlighted because this has not always been the case on other trips. The residence is very nice, clean and modern (barely a year). Quiet too but it's winter. The accommodation is just beautiful. The kitchen is modern, hyper-functional and the appliances are of excellent quality. Very convenient in the back kitchen. The decoration is in the air of the time and very good taste. All the comforts are there: Internet with excellent ping and speed, comfortable lounge and outdoor sofa, TV, walk-in shower. We see that the bedding is new and remarkably comfortable I was able to enjoy Aurélie's savvy advice from beautiful hikes by the sea, the Bonifacio Christmas market, little-known beaches and good local addresses. We traveled with our 11 and 8 yo children,! swimming pool and tennis court! the place and surroundings were perfect!
