The house is very comfortable for 4 people. It is very well equipped with brand new appliances. You have everything you need to have a good time. It is located in the middle of a beautiful pine forest, minutes walk from the lagoon and a minute drive to the beach.

Everything was spotless. The house is beautiful and has everything you need to have a spectacular time. The view is wonderful. Javier is an excellent host. Always attentive , friendly and attentive. The place is highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. Cozy house, impeccable cleanliness, very well-equipped kitchen, good shower. Air conditioning and high-performance wood-burning stove. Outside it has enjoyable recreation areas such as the porch next to the grill, a fire pit, and a heated pool. There is privacy from the street, and it is very close to the supermarket and within walking distance of the beach. The accommodation is highly recommended and I would like to highlight Nancy's kindness, very willing and attentive to details.

Beautiful house located in a quiet environment, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the scenery. It has all the amenities to make your stay a great one, there is a nearby store that has everything you need. The host was always attentive to our needs, we definitely recommend this accommodation.

I rarely saw Micaela's good disposition. I had a problem with the shower and he fixed it in 30 minutes. I was able to coordinate early check-in and late check-out without any problems. The truth is, excellent service from Mica. Highly recommended, and I would come back a thousand times. THANK YOU!

Our stay was fantastic from the beginning to end. Communication with Manuela was smooth and friendly from the time of booking. The apartment was as described, spotless, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we could need, clean towels and fast wifi. Also, we really enjoyed the little details that made us feel at home, like the box games. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. We hope to come back!

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

Excellent place. Solanas is an incredible complex and the lodging in the apto has been wonderful. Just like the photos. A quiet place to enjoy. It has a very nice patio for children.

Very good place to stay in a great setting!! The apartment is a very spacious single environment with a very enjoyable terrace. Very clean and neat. It was 2 nights and we did not cook but I saw that I had everything you need if you want to do it. Full crockery. Daily mucam service. The resort in which it is located is spectacular with beautiful pools, lots of green, place to walk, gyms, kids club, teenagers, and family activities. The beach close to the resort (portezuelo) is very nice and has beach service (you provide chairs and umbrella). We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Communication flowed at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped for those of us who like to cook. The patio is a plus for children. Very nice, friendly.

From the moment of booking, Margaret's cordiality and good energy was felt! Every detail of the house is very well maintained! Beautiful setting, view, exterior and interior of the house! Totally recommendable 100%, The host is always attentive to any questions or needs, the house is huge with all amenities, pool table, kitchen with its implements, even condiments there. There are clean towels in the two bathrooms, bedding, blankets all over the place, a huge stove, it also has board games. BBQ grill to which you enter by the house itself, huge grillero as for 1 large lamb. Fridge in the kitchen and two on the barbecue, pool overlooking the mountains to enjoy an excellent rural environment. Beautiful sunrises with the noise of birds. If in doubt whether to rent or not read this review, for the price that is paid has all the comforts. If your idea is to rest in a quiet place with all the comforts of a large house with a pool and barbecue, this is the place. Immense terrain with two arches soccer field, all lawn mowed. If they are thinking of staying in the room I warn them, I warn them, they will not want to leave. The most incredible photos they seem don't do justice to the experience of what we live in the week of tourism. Hiking and being able to climb the hill, have breakfast looking at the saws of the snails, the refreshing bathrooms in the organic pool, the hot tub under the stars, the mimics of the donkeys who came to say hello to us. The facilities are great for 8 people, the house worked perfectly, the stoves would pull well and warm the house very quickly, the mattresses very comfortable as well as the pillows. The shower worked great. The house has a sustainable hang, so much so that being 8 people we only generate a medium bag of waste. One of the most rewarding experiences to be able to rest and connect with everything real. To the host Marcelo there are no words for how good the communication, the treatment and the piques were. We will be back!

Amazing house, great enjoy to go with family. We went in winter and didn't have any cold weather. Super pleasant stove in the living room. Very complete house for 5 people Connie is super friendly and always available for inquiries.
