Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Mónica

Eduardo and Matías are excellent and very attentive, the apartment is beautiful, with all the amenities, they left it spotless and with everything you need. The place is unbeatable, two blocks from the suspension bridge and a few meters from the main street.

Excellent stay. The accommodation is located in a strategic area. Cleanliness and service 10 points. We have a baby and they were very flexible with the schedules. We will surely return!!!

The place is cozy. It is well located. The access to the downtown area is fast and you reach 5 min. on foot. We had everything we needed. The manager, very well prepared. He made us very good recommendations.

The setting is infinitely beautiful. The decor and furniture are somewhat outdated for the type of construction. Nothing modern. I also accepted the rental for what was shown in the photos And it would be great if they provided DirecTV service, since we had rainy days and it was provided to watch movies But, the place deserved all the applause so it's not a complaint but a constructive criticism. Words can't describe our stay... the house is so beautiful from every angle! You can tell they put a lot of love into every detail. Since we arrived, Pau and Osval, owners of the house, welcomed us with the homemade food that they make themselves, everything was delicious. Each day better than the last, the environment is unbeatable, pure nature. I take my hat off to the warmth, patience and attention of each of them. It was a beautiful experience, Paula and Osval, their precious house, and its location made us spend an INCREDIBLE long weekend as a family. Thank you SO MUCH!

They treated me very well, it's a great place to cook something delicious and rest (which was what I was looking for). Pure air is breathed. I recommend going by car as it is not close to the center and half the way to it is gravel. THE SERVICES OFFERED ARE AVAILABLE. The bed was very comfortable. It not only has a large grill but also braziers for the table. I didn't get to use the pool but it was cold (April '25) As it is a complex, there are some rules which are written when entering, along with a list of its own tourist attractions and brochures for activities (horseback riding, bicycles, etc.). The price seemed more than appropriate to me. P.S.: I don't know if he works there, but every other day at 9 am a bird wakes you up by tapping the bedroom window with its beak😂.

Everything was excellent, communication with both Lucas and Santiago was very good, I would return without hesitation.

We stayed one night with my partner and my son, the beds are super comfortable, the heating and cleanliness are a ten, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, we recommend it.

Lucia was always attentive and was quick to respond. I was waiting for us at the entrance of the house to welcome us. His reception was super warm and friendly. I was attentive to any questions. We went for a day and enjoyed all the facilities. It was a great choice. We hope to come back soon!

Karina was a great communicator and was awesome to do a flexible check-in for us. We have arrived late. The place was super safe and secured with gates. The only comment I can make that the single bed was not super comfortable.
