Our apartment is located on Vía Rápida between 9 and 10 Santa Marta Varadero, in a very good location and with good comfort, very good lighting, totally independent of our house, and very close to the beautiful Varadero beach, 15 minutes walk. On the avenue in front is the bus stop for Varadero. The bus is 1 peso in Cuban national currency, the trucks are 5 pesos and the machines are 1 CUC, all in Cuban national currency. We also have Wi-Fi service.

Our Stay at Claudia's was nothing short of excellent. We were warmly received by Claudia's mother Mayelin, and very well attended to. She helped us change money, find sugar, and even gifted us a fresh lobster. The apartment itself had everything we were looking for. Highlights were the outdoor terrace with sweeping views of Santa Marta and the terrace pool, great for shaking the heat. We chose the location for its proximity to legal and civil registry offices (2 blocks), but we found that it was also close to some excellent restaurants, by Cuban standards, Mojito highly recommended, and a very short walk (20min) or taxi (5min) to the white sand beach and turquoise water of Varadero beach. The value at Claudia's place can't be beat!

The two were very welcoming people, with whom there was good communication from the start, as well as being flexible with schedule themes. Regarding the area, it is a very nice place, very safe, it is also close to the sector as central of Santa Marta, where there are different food, telephone and other areas, like Don Jesus has several recommendations of places depending on what is needed. The room is very nice, comfortable and clean, they have several adaptations to make the attention more comfortable and personalized. In general recommended, they are very friendly people and a place too nice.
