Vacation rentals with lake access in Santa Maria Maior

Boa recepção e a Dulce responde muito rápido. Casa maravilhosa com vista linda, todo modernizado e fácil de usar. Não muito longe do centro de Lisboa de carro.

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

A casa é lindíssima, tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Tivemos apenas um problema, no último dia a água quente falhou e não voltou até nossa saída. Infelizmente neste dia o host não respondeu prontamente como de costume e a solução apresentada não funcionou. Porém considerei esse problema algo pontual, uma vez que a casa era maravilhosa e tudo funcionou muito bem. Portanto creio que tenha sido uma situação isolada e não deixei que isso influenciasse no mew review no geral. Recomendo a casa e voltaria tranquilamente. Tudo foi muito bem apresentado, a casa é moderna, super limpa, banheiro excelente, chuveiro perfeito, meus passageiros amaram.

Nelson a été super avec nous. Très réactif et aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avons passés un très bon moment dans cette belle maison, nous avions profité du calme résidentiel et de son incroyable piscine. Je recommande Nelson

Tres bon séjour au cœur du quartier ancien de l alfama. Endroit ideal pour flâner a pieds dans les jolie ruelles. ! Tres bonnes adresses de petits restau sympa à proximité ! Ah c'était bien!

A fabulous villa set within rustic surroundings. The pool was excellent - a good size and easy to use for all ages. I spent a week with my family and friends and would 100% recommend this place for families and those wishing to visit the nearby beaches. We used the outdoor BBQ most nights and enjoyed the outside area at night too! We will be back!

Wir haben eine super Woche im gepflegten Anwesen von Carolina mitten in der luxuriösen Golfplatz-Wohnanlage verbracht. Das absolut großzügig dimensionierte Haus bietet mehr als genügend Platz und ist in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist ruhig, die Wohnanlage selbst nur über einen bewachten Eingang zu betreten. Wir konnten mit unseren Mietfahrzeugen von dort aus viele Ziele in der Gegend sehr gut erreichen: Setúbal, die Halbinsel Tróia (eine Empfehlung von Carolina, wir haben die Katamaran-Fußgänger-Fähre genutzt), Lissabon, Cabo da Roca mit dem zauberhaften Praia da Adraga, Sesimbra und mehr. Am Ende jedes erlebnisreichen Tages haben wir uns gefreut, in "unser" Haus zurückkehren zu können um dort den Abend in schöner Atmosphäre ausklingen zu lassen. Todo perfecto, piso espectacular y confortable, especialmente si llegas a Lisboa en coche. No es el centro de la ciudad, pero una ótima opcion para estar en família en un piso moderno y comfortable. Lin estuvo pendiente siempre, y la experiencia ha sido perfecta. habían libros en el piso, con informaciones de Lisboa y Portugal, también libros para niños, como estaba con mi sobrino, ha sido muy útil.

L'appartamento di Luis Felipe è molto accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Mio marito ed io siamo molto soddisfatti. D'altra parte eravamo già stati lí anni fa e si è confermata un'ottima scelta.

João ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber! Er hat uns am ersten Tag mit dem Gepäck geholfen, durch die Wohnung geführt, war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden. João hat sehr viele Besonderheiten eingebaut und viele ausgefallene Einrichtungsgegenstände verwendet (wie z. B. einen altertümlichen Schuhputzhocker, eine ebensolche Kommode, eine antike Schreibmaschine), die mit modernen Möbeln sehr gut harmonieren. Die Küche, Bäder und Fenster sind modern und sehr gut renoviert. Zu beachten ist der vierte Stock ohne Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Leben gelegen (wegen der guten Fenster aber ruhig): Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Restaurants auch mit Fado und Bars (23 Biere frisch gezapft) sind sehr nah gelegen. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten ebenfalls, (z. B. Fadomuseum, Biermuseum) für andere sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fussläufig gut erreichbar. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

A cosy place in an amazing location! It took us 2 minutes walk to get to the beach, 15 min by train to get to the heart of Lisbon,direct line to Cascais too. And we were surprised to also find a hiking trail right next to the house, which leads to an astonishing view point. Ana was a great host too, very accommodating and a lovely person! The only bad thing...we had a too short stay for such a great place :)

Lindo, espaçoso, confortável, muito bem localizado, moderno e aconchegante. Passei 20 dias maravilhosos de férias com meus filhos e adoramos! Já estive em vários lugares de Portugal e o apartamento da Vera é sem dúvida um dos melhores! Estava tudo perfeito, recomendamos muito!

Perfect apartment for a get-to-know trip in Lisbon. A lot of amenities to use. Great location to explore the city, ocean and surroundings like Sintra as the apartment is located right in the middle between all activities. Great hosts as well :)

Wir waren fast 14 Tage in Davids Haus. Wir waren als fast 80-jährige Mieter von Davids Unterstützung in allen Fragen begeistert. Auch für unser Chico-Hund war toll gesorgt. Wenn wir nochmals in die Gegend kommen würden würden wirwieder Davids Haus buchen ! Ein absolutes Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Lovely, quiet area, not too far from Comporta. Big house with lots of room.

The house was very well located, close to the beach with a parking lot closeby We have enjoyed our time and particularly the barbecue. If you are doing kitesurf it’s a very nice spot, just in front of one of the spots so you can go walking.

This is a lovely cottage with a private walled garden. There's a good variety plants - fresh mint, banana trees, various flowers, a lovely place to relax after a busy day exploring. There is a gas barbeque and a large garden table for dinner. The hot tub is a real bonus! The cottage is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. We appreciated the fruit basket, bread and jam. We recommend booking the hot springs in Evora and having a massage. Google inacquaveritas We highly recommend Carlos place - one not to be missed!

Francisca for me really is a superhost. From the beginning until we left she was always there for us with helpful information concerning the house oder things you can do around in this Area. A big big thank you for letting us live in your home. We enjoyed really a lot . The house which is a littler bit older but has lots of charme has two bigger sleeping rooms and one smaller children room, so it is perfect for a family with two to four or even five children( there is even a baby bed ) . The house has a nice atmosphere and the garden ist perfect to play badminton or other games . The Area is perfect if you like to play golf, because the courses are in walking distance . For all the other things you need a car . A small super market is two minutes away with the car . The beaches of Fonta de Telha oder Costa da Caparica you reach in 10 Minutes with the car, to Lisbon you need about twenty minutes, if there’s a normal traffic, so for us this was strategically the best place to start our activities . We would come back anytime to have our holidays here again . Thomas Schneider

We thoroughly enjoyed Nunos place, the location is excellent and the surroundings are picturesque and peaceful. The home is well equipped, comfortable and an enjoyable place to spend time. Nuno was excellent at communicating and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning.
