House vacation rentals in Santa Maria

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. Kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Everything comes together for a great stay for families or groups of friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the nearby beaches are very beautiful, typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Beautiful outdoor areas for sitting, lying down and lingering. Pool nice, large and well-maintained. Beach a few steps from the front door. All in all, we had a very nice stay in this house. Our host Vincenzo was always available and gave us great service. Thank you 👍🏻

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

We were guests of Mr. Francesco alla Formaggera for a week. La Formaggera is located in a unique place for the landscape that surrounds it and a little enchanted by the saturated atmosphere of history that you can breathe in it. The house is simple, but delightfully furnished; the kitchen is well organized and equipped with everything you need and you can have lunch and dinner outside, cool. Far from the chaos, you can rest in the shade of the pines, surrounded by prickly pears and Calabra nature. The beautiful pool and its covered patio, much appreciated on warm days, are certainly a strong point. The sea is close and in the nearest town there are supermarkets and many other shops including the excellent Lagani dairy and the nearby pastry shop. The village of Badolato, a few kilometers away, is worth visiting.

Very nice apartment in Villa del Conte - what a view🤩. Located beautifully high overlooking the sea and Tropea. Tropea is very easily accessible within a short distance - car is necessary. Various beautiful seats on the property, all with beautiful views. The swimming pool is also in a wonderful place. The facilities are sufficient, including a place where you can BBQ. In short, a very nice apartment in a lovely location. Recommended - yes !!

Franco is great and friendly. 100% helpful. Good beds. The accommodation is close to the beach. Although we were here out of season, we experienced a lot and enjoyed the town and its surroundings.

Andrea and his family are very helpful and communication was very good! The furnishings are simple but functional and quite in line with the description and pictures. In fact, the location and the views are exceptional!!! Actually, you hardly have to leave the accommodation, because the sea is literally at your feet. For us, a very relaxing and beautiful getaway. Therefore 5 stars 🌟

A fantastic place to go on vacation. Everything you need for 6 people is available in the house. Plenty of space and you feel at home within minutes. You need a car to explore the surrounding area, but there is plenty of space on the property for large cars. We didn't want to leave and can definitely imagine coming back - if only to admire the future pool (which was still missing this time for the full 5-star rating - but is probably in the works).

I found myself staying at Fabio's in view of a competition, there were three of us, we felt at home. When I asked for a practical accommodation for mobility, he proposed the property in the center that I immediately accepted. In the house there is a bit of everything, at my request for coffee for the machine Fabio impeccably provided me directly with another coffee machine with pods. He also made sure we didn't miss anything. He had already warned me that the apartment was located in the center among the clubs, so we were prepared for possible noise, but it was bearable. Too bad I was there for study reasons because there are so many nice clubs below the house. If I had to go back, I would definitely choose the same apartment.

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

Beautiful new home very close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of amenities, numerous clean washrooms and bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus! Very safe and private, and our host provided many recommendations and help when asked. Nice and close to Tropea and easy driving! Definitely recommend a stay here!

Very well equipped house, spacious, with terrace, garden (common) and private parking in front of the house. Maximum availability and courtesy of the host (Valeria). There is no direct access to the sea but within walking distance are the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Dei. e.g. remember to bring or buy kitchen and bathroom essentials (salt, oil, detergent, foam bath, etc. , which are not available)

Beautiful contemporary renovated, quiet, clean and spacious apartment (bathroom small) in an old building in the old town, within walking distance and not far from the piazza, restaurants and the beaches. Free parking (Parcheggio Pitaro) about 5 min walk to the apartment, on weekends only drive via the Contrada da la Parrera, as the direct entrance was closed. Warm welcome from Rina and communication with Giulia was very good. Small balcony with stunning views, we felt immediately comfortable. The furnishings are stylish, simple, completely adequate. In Pizzo, there was something new to discover every day and it is an ideal location for other attractions in Calabria. We can recommend the apartment. Many thanks to Giulia and Rina.

Adriano was realy helpful, he drove us to the train so we did not have to carry our bags. The appartment is located in the center, close to everything. And the view from the appartments is absolut wonderful.

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

We as a group, of 8 people were positively surprised how beautiful the place was. Everything was clean and beautifully bright. You had a wonderful view from the conservatory to the sea. The location was great, it is not far to the train station ( walking distance about 5 min). Communication was straightforward. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much.

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. We had a really great stay! The place is similar to the pictures and description. The absolute highlight is really the roof terrace and its own access to the beach. Upon our arrival, a small cosmetic package and chilled water awaited us. There was also nothing missing to shape your everyday life. Next to the property, the service is absolutely amazing. Not only did our host get a rental car ready for us at the airport 15 hours before arrival, but also repaired the coffee machine before arrival. Even with questions during the stay, this was always responsive. Early check-in and late check-out were also possible. Thank you so much, happy to come back! :-)
