Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Schöne Außenbereiche zum Sitzen, Liegen und verweilen. Pool schön groß und gepflegt. Strand ein paar Laufschritte von der Haustür entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Unser Gastgeber Vincenzo war immer erreichbar und hat uns einen tollen Service gegeben. Danke 👍🏻

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Francesco alla Formaggera per una settimana. La Formaggera é situata in un luogo unico per il paesaggio che la circonda e un po' incantato per l'atmosfera satura di storia che vi si respira. La casa é semplice, ma deliziosamente arredata; la cucina é ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario ed é possibile pranzare e cenare all'esterno, al fresco. Lontani dal caos, ci si riposa all'ombra dei pini, circondati da fichi d'india e dalla natura Calabra. La bellissima piscina e il suo patio coperto, molto apprezzato nelle calde giornate, sono certamente un punto di forza. Il mare é vicino e nel centro abitato più prossimo ci sono supermercati e molti altri negozi tra cui segnalo l'ottimo caseificio Lagani e la vicina pasticceria. Il borgo di Badolato, a qualche km, é da visitare.

Skvostné ubytování a úžasný hostitel! Měl jsem tu čest strávit několik dní v apartmánu u Lothara a musím říct, že to bylo jedno z nejlepších ubytování, jaké jsem kdy zažil. Od chvíle, kdy jsem dorazil, mě Lothar přivítal s úsměvem a vřelostí, která okamžitě udělala z pobytu nezapomenutelný zážitek. Apartmán je naprosto nádherný – moderní, čistý a velmi útulný. Každý detail je pečlivě promyšlený a proměňuje pobyt v opravdový komfort. Kuchyně je plně vybavená, což mi umožnilo snadno si připravovat vlastní jídlo, a pohodlná postel mi zaručila kvalitní spánek. Navíc, příjemný balkon s krásným výhledem na okolí byl skvělým místem pro relaxaci. Co opravdu vyniká, je Lotharova pohostinnost. Jeho ochota pomoci, místní doporučení a celková péče o hosty jsou na vysoké úrovni. Cítil jsem se jako doma a Lothar mi poskytl cenné tipy na zajímavá místa a restaurace v okolí. Je evidentní, že mu záleží na tom, aby jeho hosté měli nezapomenutelný pobyt. Celkově bych toto ubytování doporučil každému.

Erg mooi appartement in Villa del Conte - wat een uitzicht 🤩. Ligt mooi hoog met uitzicht op zee en op Tropea. Tropea op korte afstand zeer goed bereikbaar - auto is wel noodzakelijk. Diverse mooie zitjes op het terrein met allemaal prachtig uitzicht. Ook het zwembad ligt op een heerlijke plek. De faciliteiten zijn er voldoende onder andere een plaats waar je heerlijk kan BBQ-en. Kortom een zeer mooi appartement op een heerlijke locatie. Een aanrader - jazeker !!

Franco je skvelý a priateľský. 100% nápomocný. Dobre postele. ubytovanie je blízko pláže. Aj keď sme tu boli mimo sezóny, zažili sme veľa a užili si mestečko a okolie.

Andrea und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war sehr gut ! Die Einrichtung einfach , aber funktionell und durchaus der Beschreibung und Bildern entsprechend. Tatsächlich außergewöhnlich ist die Lage und die Aussicht !!! Eigentlich muss man die Unterkunft kaum verlassen , denn das Meer liegt einem sprichwörtlich zu Füßen. Für uns ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Kurzurlaub . Daher 5 Sterne 🌟

Ein fantastischer Ort zum Urlaub machen. Alles im Haus vorhanden was man für 6 Personen braucht. Ausreichend Platz und man fühlt sich innerhalb von Minuten Zuhause. Man braucht ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden, aber auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz auch für große Autos. Wir wollten nicht abreisen und können uns definitiv vorstellen wiederzukommen - allein schon um den zukünftigen Pool zu bewundern (der fehlte dieses Mal noch zur vollständigen 5 Sterne Bewertung - ist aber wohl in Planung).

Mi sono trovata ad alloggiare da Fabio in vista di un concorso, eravamo in tre, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Alla mia richiesta di un alloggio pratico per la mobilità mi ha proposto l’immobile in centro che ho subito accettato. Nella casa c’è un po’ di tutto, alla mia richiesta del caffè per la macchinetta Fabio in modo impeccabile mi ha direttamente fornito un’altra macchinetta del caffè con le cialde. Inoltre si è assicurato che non ci mancasse nulla. Mi aveva già avvisato che l’appartamento era ubicato in centro tra i locali, quindi eravamo preparati ai possibili rumorini, ma sopportabili. Peccato essere stata lì per motivi di studio perché sotto casa ci sono tanti bei locali. Se dovessi tornare sicuramente sceglierei lo stesso appartamento.

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

Beautiful new home very close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of amenities, numerous clean washrooms and bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus! Very safe and private, and our host provided many recommendations and help when asked. Nice and close to Tropea and easy driving! Definitely recommend a stay here!

Non avrei potuto trovare niente di meglio ,eccellente la posizione ,un accogliente e su misura l'appartamento, già mi sono sentito a casa da subito ,e ho avuto una splendida accoglienza ,lo cosiglio

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Gastgeber haben sich viel Mühe gegeben den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Casa molto ben attrezzata, spaziosa, con terrazza, giardino (comune) e parcheggio privato davanti a casa. Massima disponibilità e cortesia dell' host (Valeria). Non c'è l'accesso diretto al mare ma a poca distanza ci sono le più belle spiagge della Costa degli Dei. p.s. ricordarsi di portare o comprare quanto necessario per la cucina ed il bagno (sale, olio, detersivo, bagno schiuma ecc. ecc. , che non sono a disposizione)

Schöne zeitgemäß sanierte, ruhige, saubere und geräumige Wohnung (Bad kleiner) in einem alten Gebäude in der Altstadt, gut zu Fuß erreichbar und nicht weit von der Piazza, Restaurants und den Stränden entfernt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Parcheggio Pitaro) ca. 5min zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung, am Wochenende nur über die Contrada da la Parrera fahren, da die direkte Einfahrt gesperrt war. Herzlicher Empfang von Rina und die Kommunikation mit Giulia war sehr gut. Kleiner Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung stillvoll, einfach völlig ausreichend. In Pizzo gab es jeden Tag was neues zu entdecken und es ist ein idealer Standort für weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kalabrien. Adriano was realy helpful, he drove us to the train so we did not have to carry our bags. The appartment is located in the center, close to everything. And the view from the appartments is absolut wonderful.

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. Estuvimos 8 días trabajando remoto y recorriendo por las mañanas Tropea, parando en lo de Dolores. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo que a uno se le pueda ocurrir (y más) y ubicada en una zona excelente de Tropea. Cerca del mar y del centro, pero no en una zona de ruidos. Dolores es una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria que le gusta que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Es muy lindo hablar con ella. La casa es la casa real de una persona con lo cual tiene alma y se siente como un hogar. Vivimos la full experience italiana. Lo recomiendo 100%

Wir als Gruppe, von 8 Personen waren positiv überrascht wie schön die Unterkunft war. Alles war sauber und schön hell. Einen wunderbaren Ausblick hatte man vom Wintergarten zum Meer. Die Lage war super, zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit ( Fußweg ca.5 min). Die Kommunikation verlief ohne Probleme. Aufjedenfall empfehlenswert. Großes Dankeschön.

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. Marilena was a wonderful host – friendly, helpful, and always there if we needed anything. We honestly couldn’t find a

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft gleicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Das absolute Highlight ist wirklich die Dachterasse und der eigene Zugang zum Strand. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein kleines Kosmetik-Paket und gekühltes Wasser. Auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt, um seinen Alltag zu gestalten. Neben der Unterkunft ist der Service der absolute Wahnsinn. Nicht nur hat unser Host 15 Stunden vor Anreise einen Mietwagen abholbereit am Flughafen für uns besorgt, sondern auch vor Anreise die Kaffeemaschine repariert. Auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes war dieser immer ansprechbar. Auch ein Early-Check-In und ein Late-Check-Out waren problemlos möglich. Vielen vielen Dank, gerne wieder! :-)
