Condo vacation rentals in Santa María Huatulco

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a wonderful part of town and all the things you would like to do are right at your fingertips. Clean and spacious. Friendly and communicative. I would book this again and I hope you find my review helpful in your selection.

la ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones muy bien, la alberca muy limpia, es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo,el departamento se encuentra en buenas condiciones para cocinar y descansar, restaurantes saliendo del condominio, tiendas, farmacia, caminas un par de cuadras y te encuentras en el centro de crucecita, donde puedes encontrar establecimientos de todo tipo. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar.

Muy agradable, muy seguro y rodeado de todo lo que necesitamos.

Fanny is a great host, the apartment is well suited for a couple, lots of good restaurants within a few minutes of walking.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Helen💫 We stayed for 5 weeks at Helen's 3rd floor unit and absolutely loved every minute of it! The gated compound was kept in pristine, beautiful condition. It was a peaceful, serene place to spend time. The pool was amazing - always clean and refreshing. The 3rd floor unit is a 1 bedroom and has plenty of space for a couple. The bed is quite large, king size, and the shower has a ton of room! Lot's of closet and drawer space. We used the kitchen daily and Helen has provided a well stocked one. We never had to ask for anything, it was already there😊 All appliances worked perfectly (fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker etc, etc). Helen has detailed instructions in the unit for things like garbage days (where and when), how to use the washing machine and running the TV - all must needed info for a longer stay. The balcony was very spacious. We would have our morning coffee there and watch the hummingbirds💕 We would definitely return!

Excelente, todo muy limpio y en tiempo , sin duda alguna regresaremos , siempre atentos por si se nos ofrecía algo y la vista que tiene es extraordinaria

Excelentes instalaciones, me hubiera encantado pasar más tiempo ahí, pero venimos a pasar tiempo en la playa entonces siento que no sacamos provecho del inmueble , sin embargo eso no le demerita lo bonito y cómodo que es, si el viaje hubiera sido con otra planeación y el mayor tiempo se hubiera pasado en el inmueble hubiera sido más rentable para nosotros. tomar en cuenta que hay que leer el reglamento de separación de residuos y preguntar por consumo de energía eléctrica.

Muchísimas gracias, Jorge. En relación con la estancia: Personal: el personal fue súper buena onda y nos apoyaron en todo. Muchas gracias. Llegada: fue súper fácil, como está cerca de todo, el llegar fue demasiado fácil y el personal explicó de manera detallada la forma de llegar. Lugar: la ubicación del departamento es inigualable, está súper céntrico y cerca de playas, restaurantes, supermercados y la avenida principal. Es excelente la ubicación. Departamento: es muy funcional, cuenta con todos los servicios y es muy seguro. El servicio es increíble. Muy recomendable el departamento, de regresar a Huatulco volveré a hospedarme aquí.

Muy bello lugar, cómodo y cercano a las playas principales. Tuvimos un par de inconvenientes que realmente estuvieron fuera del alcance del host, sin embargo, hizo todo a su alcance para resolver, lo que nos deja con un buen sabor de boca. Es un excelente lugar para volver a reservar en una próxima visita.

Nuestra estancia fue mucho más de lo que esperábamos es una zona muy bonita, el departamento está en una zona prácticamente a la orilla de la playa, súper cómodos, súper limpio, súper bonito y con todos los utensilios que necesita uno para sentirse como en casa, sin duda mis próximas vacaciones, volveré aquí mismo. En cuanto a la atención de Ana Julia fue todo impecable ella es muy atenta. Muchísimas gracias.

La ubicación y el acceso era muy bueno,las instrucciones claras, todo estaba limpio y ordenado, la atención por parte de sergio fue excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente el alojamiento.

Hermoso lugar. Muy limpio y ordenado. es tal cual se describe. Tanto el apartamento como las areas comunes muy bonitas. equipado con todo lo.necesario. Lo unico incomodo seria el autobus con musica que pasa constantemente en las noches hasta media noche aproximadamente, pero es algo que se escapa del control del edificio. El estacionamiento es en la calle pero no batallamos para nada en encontrar lugar para aparcar. Esperamos volver!!

El lugar fue tal cual la publicación, fue muy cómodo el lugar, seguro y la privacidad perfecta… A mi familia y a mí nos agradó mucho… la verdad estuvimos muy a gusto …

Me encantó el lugar, regresaría sin duda!. Muy buena ubicación del condominio, bastante privacidad, el acceso a la playa me encantó. Si tuviera que dejar una sugerencia, solo sería en cuanto al gimnasio del complejo, tenía la idea de hacer algo de ejercicio pero era muy básico, una caminadora estaría genial. Julián siempre estuvo disponible, hubo un inconveniente con la luz, pero pues eso ya está totalmente fuera de su alcance, aún así estuvo pendiente e informándonos como iba la situación. Gracias!

Pasamos unas vacaciones increíble en familia. Vale la pena ir a este lugar. Tiene una llaga única y una alberca espectacular!

Como en casa Huatulco es un lugar para visitar y estar fuera durante el día así que lo importante es regresar a un lugar limpio y agradable y tener la opción de tomar algo por la noche o en el desayuno y organizar tu día de acuerdo a tu ritmo propio. Este fue el lugar ideal para nosotros, agradable, bonito justo lo que necesitábamos y la atención de 10, listos para regresar!

Gated complex with a pool and a workout room. Also about two blocks away from our grocery store. Enjoy our time, was looking for two separate rooms and two separate bathrooms and this was a great layout and location! The house has a spacious kitchen and largely out. Would definitely recommend this place. We would take an Uber to the beach or the beaches we liked and it was only about $5 to $10.

This was my first trip to the coast of Oaxaca and I wasn’t sure what to expect after exhausting ourselves for weeks staring at photos of literally every place and beach from Puerto to Huatulco and in the end couldn’t be more happy having gone with Erins place and the surrounding Crucecita area. The unit itself was impeccable and had all the amenities we didn’t think we needed until we had them. The balconies and the terrace are super private and couldn’t help but notice the entire design and layout of the condos is very thoughtfully designed offering each unit complete privacy in their given outdoor areas and aesthetically very pleasing design. We had amazing views from each room and spent each night grilling up on the terrace . Tamara who helped us settle in and connected us throughout our stay with anything we needed was a gem. Our favorite beach El Tejon which is totally empty and natural with perfect turquoise water is a walk from the place. Bahia Chahue which is just outside the property ( and the bay waters you view from the unit) weirdly don’t come up on the list of some of the top beaches in then area but it was our second favorite beach. We travelled up north to Mazunte/ Zipolite beaches for the day and confirmed we had made the right choice. Short walk to the best grocery and town of Crucecita and Santa Cruz. We were so sad to leave and already planning the next trip back and hope to stay here again!

Mari was an excellent host. She was incredibly responsive, check in and check out was flawless. She responded to our needs and questions through the trip, and made great local recommendations. Generally agreed with the other reviews of this space. The views are incredible and the apartment is so spacious. It is a safe area, and yes on top of a hill, but walkable to La Crucecieta, Santa Cruz and Playa Chuhue. Would highly recommend day passes at the Sea Soul beach club - access to all their amenities at a low rate and great food and service. We rented a car - parking was very easy at the accommodation. The apartment is dated but has everything you need and it's sound proof between the rooms, creating privacy for guests. It's well stocked with kitchen utensils, but you need to get your own additional supplies - toilet paper, laundry cleaning etc. It is a higher price them some of the other accommodation in the area but the space it affords and gorgeous views, totally worth it.

The host: Sharon is a wonderful host. She promptly responded to our inquiries and checked in to see if we needed anything before and during our stay. We felt she was genuinely interested in ensuring things went smoothly for us and that we were comfortable in her condo. We appreciated her recommendations - from drivers to restaurants to excursions - and we took advantage of several of them. The condo: Sharon's unit is ideally located - not too far up the hill and with a full view of the ocean. You. Will. Love....looking at the scenery and cooling off in the plunge pool on the balcony. The resort: This resort is built on a cliff and there is considerable walking up and down hills. We are both 65+ and able-bodied, so we managed the hills. Ladies: wear flats!! The water is generally not swimmable due to waves and undertow, but there are several incredible beaches within a 15-minute drive and the pool is huge and great for cooling off. There are 3-4 good restaurants nearby.
