It is one of the oldest hotels in the Sky chain. It maintains the German architecture and is cozy. Extremely attentive reception staff, excellent valets. The accommodation really delivers what it promises. It's well worth it, we'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed a lot of comfort during our stay at the Hotel. This has heated pools to enjoy and rest in the nights where we were most tired , in addition to recreation for the little ones. The cost - benefit of this hosting, is well worth it. We'll be back more often!!

What a wonderful experience we had at Laghetto Golden! We were on the Easter holiday, a crowded hotel, but the quality of service surprised us. In the parking lot, manoeuvres are always available to park the vehicle, if the parking lot is full. The apartment accommodates well a family with up to 3 children. We sample breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel's restaurant and excellent, outside the service and how quickly they clean the tables. The hotel is a great option for families with children. The children's areas are new and clean as in the photos, as well as the pools (which are heated). There was egg-hunting at Easter and even table with sweets in the restaurant. I point out, as the only inconvenience, the approach of quota sellers in the middle of the hotel, but, apparently, this is already common in Gramado. Be prepared: Anyone who comes to greet you, offering some courtesy like this "out of nowhere", you already know what it is and decide whether to listen or not.

The stay was great, no problem at all. The hotel is new, with good structure and the rooms serve a family of 5 well, with the exception of having only 1 bathroom, which makes it difficult at times, but which was properly described in the listing. The breakfast sinned at times, with the absence of some products on certain days, that is, on some days there was the product (strudel) and others did not, but this does not disqualify the quality of the breakfast.

The infrastructure of the place and the warmth of the people is incredible, all new and well cared for.
