Amazing house! I spent a weekend with my family as I haven't spent years... A great place to take your family with plenty of space to get together and have a top quality barbecue and sleep well through the night. Pleasant temperature and the view then is sensational. Veronica and João Batista were great hosts and very helpful. The house is super well located very close to the Cultural Center. Cozy house with a spectacular view. There was a small infiltration in one of the rooms but they said they were already planning to do the repair. We'll definitely be back.

Great location, easy to get to. The house is amazing, very nice and complete! I had a great time with my family. The house is in a gated community, which gives more security and privacy. Sr Antônio e o homemeiro and was super helpful. The house is for 8 but 2 mattresses are out to put on the floor. But nothing that bothers the stay. There's room left over. Full kitchen, beautiful view! We'll be back soon!

The stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, with a decoration of very good taste, cozy and exactly like in the pictures. The cleaning was impeccable, all well cared for and organized. The accommodation is super quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for rest and recharge. It is a little far from the center, I recommend going with a 4x4 car why you go up a hill.

Very peaceful stay. D.Willia is very helpful and attentive, a lovely person. We gave her some feedback on some details we noticed, but nothing to discredit the stay. It has an electric shower, fans, kitchen utensils in good condition (blender, stove with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, pots, dishes and cutlery), bath towels and bed linen available. Just one note: The apartment is on the first floor and the stairs are very steep, people with mobility difficulties may have difficulty accessing. The apartment is in front of the main square of Taquaritinga, it has everything around it: restaurants, bars, markets, ice cream parlors and cafeterias. Very close to the Yaguara Ecológico Coffee Farm, which is a must-see! Another cool ride is the Pepe ramp (but go with a Toyota because the road is very difficult for urban cars).

Comfortable home in Serra Negra

The house is super well equipped, it has everything you need. The rooms are good and everything was organized. For being in a small condominium the houses were built very close to each other, so it takes away some of the privacy. It's a good place to stay in the black mountain range.
