The stay was great. Hosts are super attentive, the house is exactly as described. We arrived and was smelling cleaning, the well-equipped kitchen, there was absolutely nothing missing. We were made to feel very welcome, a quiet place and the pool was always clean before we even woke up. It has all the household utensils, everything is very well-equipped, from the leisure area, kitchen and laundry room. There is a market one block from the house, with great ready-to-eat foods, all very fresh and well prepared. There are toucans in the trees in front of the house, which is beautiful to see!! I recommend, great value.

We had an excellent stay at Casa XI during a long holiday. The place is very beautiful and matches the photos and listing description. One of the biggest differentials for us was the fact that it has an outdoor area with plenty of free space and is fully walled, generating tranquility for guests and leaving pets free to play as they please. The house offers a good range of amenities available to guests, providing comfort, as well as tranquility in the region. It has already become one of our favorite places and we'll be back soon.

Wonderful house located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Extremely comfortable and cozy, ideal for families.
