Détendez vous dans cette villa spacieuse et lumineuse composé de trois pièces. Un grand jardin, une terrasse avec salon extérieur pour se détendre après la plage. Deux places de parkings dans le jardin avec un portail sécurisé. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour faire toute la côte et découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne. Lumbaldu est à proximité de Perfugas où il y a des restaurants , supermarchés, producteurs locaux. A 400 mètres d'altitude, vous bénéficiez d'un air pur et frais la nuit.
