Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Santa Maria

We had a great stay in Francisca's house! Even our late arrival time wasn't a problem and she arranged a taxi from the airport. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely come again :) obrigada!

A casa encontra-se muito diferente das fotografias, a sala é incrível, têm mais móveis com uma televisão excelente onde podemos ver tv, Netflix entre outros, a iluminação da casa também se encontra diferente! Tudo nos surpreendeu pela positiva nesta casa, tanto o Roberto sempre muito rápido nas suas respostas como o apoio do senhor Mário e da senhora Annays! Sempre tudo muito limpo e impecável, casa muito agradável e acolhedora, zona calma com supermercados, 5 min da praia e do pontão de Santa Maria a pé. Temos ótimos restaurantes próximos muito bons. Recomendei ao Sr.Roberto que atualizasse as fotografias, sem dúvida ótimo para um casal, ficamos 8 dias e em nenhum dia tivemos qualquer problema! Vão se surpreender imenso se forem para esta casa!

we had a great stay at this place. it was all as described and very welcoming. when we had questions they got answered and they helped us in any way we needed it. it is definitely a great value and we highly recommend this place. would always stay here again! thanks and merry Christmas

They organised the €20 transfer which is standard price. Driver was waiting for us at the airport and took case’s straight to the front door. Lovely apartment with sunny balcony. Everything you need is there. We were there for a month , no problems at all. 15 minutes to walk into town. There is a bar and a mini market just outside the complex. Would definitely stay there again.

went here in jan (the winter) and it was absolutely perfect <3 we loved loved loved the place soooo much and felt sooooo cozy!!! its super cute and the terrace is *chefs kiss* perfect for stargazing!!! It was just a lovely experience from start to finish in this place. Including an easy check-in, with help getting us a taxi, and making sure to be super responsive! I would mention that because it is a bit further out I def felt more comfortable walking with my partner than alone, but generally it all felt quite safe (including the area). the nearby restaurants are good and the beach nearby is also nice and a short walk. Since it's also on the windy-er side of the island - you do hear a lot of wind but I think in the summer that is less and also it really didn't bother us at all. Especially since one of the terraces (the pretty one) is completely sheltered from all the wind/noise. So we were never bothered by it! thank you so much again for such an incredible stay <3 we loved it!

Perfect Place to spend a few days in Santa Maria. There are many local restaurants just around the corner! The Appartment ist totally comfortable and clean! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Alessandro is a great host! Thank you!

El alojamiento es como se describe y estaba en perfectas condiciones. Puedes tener la terraza entera para ti o compartirla con la habitación de al lado. Tienes una playita muy tranquila delante pero también estás a 5 minutos de la playa principal de Santa María y a una calle de la avenida principal ( sin estar en ella ). Annya nos ha contestado a todo y nos ha facilitado muchas recomendaciones. También nos ha ayudado en cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado asique por esa parte genial. Lo recomendamos.

Lovely stay at this apartment which was within walking distance to the beaches and town centre.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and would highly recommend it. Spacious, bright, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal and the Wi-Fi was excellent! Thanks again to Von for always being responsive and so incredibly helpful. We would definitely recommend this place !

Znakomita komunikacja z gospodarzem. Apartament bardzo dobrze położony w kompleksie apartamentowców z basenem. Kompleks codziennie sprzątany. Na osiedle wpuszcza ochroniarz. W odległości 300 metrów piękna plaza. Obok dwa dobre lokalne sklepy, w których można kupić większość potrzebnych produktów. Do centrum Santa Maria z mnóstwem restauracji 700 metrów. Apartament na paterze z dużym odizolowanym tarasem. Kuchnia wyposażona w to co potrzeba. Łazienka z dużą ilością czystych ręczników. Klimatyzacja w salonie przy otwartych drzwiach do sypialni była wystarczająca. Internet działał bardzo dobrze. Było rewelacyjnie. Polecam.

Soggiornare nell'appartamento di Silvano è stato molto bello. La zona molto tranquilla ,ma a pocchi minuti a piedi dalla passeggiata principale. La casa molto pulita e ordinata, corrisponde completamente alle foto dell'annuncio. In casa c'è tutto il necessario ,ho gradito molto la lavatrice, anche se sono rimasto per pochi giorni. La cosa bella che mi ha fatto avere anche il trasporto andata e ritorno dal aeroporto . Il collaboratore di Silvano stato molto gentile, Venuto di persona ,mi ha spiegato tutto della casa ,consigliato buoni ristoranti in zona e supermercati vicini. E stato un bel soggiorno. Tornerò volentieri. Grazie

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claudia's place to others, it was great! I stayed there as a solo female traveller and it was a perfect (albeit big!) space for my stay. From initially contacting Claudia to book to checking out, she was always very responsive and helpful. Claudia offered a transfer from/to the airport with Daniel at a very reasonable price and with Daniel also dealing with check-in/check-out for my booking it meant it was a v. smooth process- thanks again Daniel! The apartment itself was fairly clean (there was, like other reviews said, some rusty towel rails) & had everything that was listed on the advert. I didn't need to use the aircon which would have been an additional cost. It is walkable to Santa Maria (30 mins)/Ponta Preta (20 mins) & the pool area is lovely to spend the day if you don't want to venture far. I felt safe here by myself & it was handy that there was a shop close too. Would definitely recommend & enjoyed my stay-thanks again to Claudia & Daniel :)

Nice apartment away from crowds, great pool which was never crowded. We enjoyed beach life but still only few minutes to city and all that Santa Maria offers. Can recommend Hiltons beach restaurant for lunch and visit to shark bay and salt mines. Our host always answered quickly and we had a nice holiday.

Wir haben uns in unserem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber, gemütlich, hatte eine tolle Größe, und eine nette Terrasse. Perfekt war auch der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Ein Zimmer mit Meerblick ist hier bestimmt ein echtes Highlight, aber wir waren auch mit der City Seite sehr zufrieden. Da die Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof gehen hat man nicht viel von den umliegenden Bars mitbekommen und wir konnten gut schlafen. Ein Plus für uns: Die Babyausstattung, die Reinung (alle 3 Tage) und der Airport Shuttle. Es war die angenehmste Autofahrt, die wir auf den Kapverden hatten. Außerdem möchten wir nicht unerwähnt lassen wie freundlich und hilfsbereit alle sind. Klare Empfehlung. Wenn wir wiederkommen versuchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier ein Apartment zu buchen.
