Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Maria

Beautiful and very spacious apartment on a large resort. For us a good choice, use of the facilities of the resort but for the beach and good food to Santa Maria. Staff at the resort is very friendly. The back part (Tui) where the apartment is is fine, the rest of it does need renovation. Apartment is very clean, an extensive kitchen with everything you need and a nice bed. Communication was quick and smooth.

We are very happy with our stay in Murdeira. Murdeira Bay is a quiet and warm place. It's very easy to get around the 4 corners of the island. This place has a great location, facing the pool and the sea. Benoit is a welcoming, available and responsive host. We hope to come back soon. We highly recommend

The residence is a little empty but at least it's quiet. 😊 Perfect for a quiet vacation near the sea! (Note: I recommend the massages at Vila Verde)

we've just come home from a fabulous family holiday at Agnes beautiful front line villa. We all felt very comfortable in the villa home from home. Kitchen is very well equipped and had a washer and dishwasher which was an added bonus, beds were very comfortable and it was lovely to have 6 sunbeds all to ourselves! It was very busy around the communal pool. Air conditioning was essential and worked well as did the wifi Agnes also provided fans and organised a taxi for us and we were able to have a late check out which was very much appreciated. Taxis are readily available at the hotel into Santa Maria. Two lovely bars are bar Marley and Bikini Beach fabulous food although was a little noisy on Saturday night. All in all a fabulous time was had on Sal lots of amazing experiences for our grandson Joey thank you Agnes for your hospitality.

Bibis place is perfect or kitesurfers, with a backyard, not faar from the town centre with many high qualitiy restaurants.

We had a wonderful month-long stay in Stéphane’s apartment. Everything is brand new & spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, even a dishwasher. We absolutely loved the covered porch. Everything in town is walking distance including the beach, restaurants, and lots of shops. Wifi was very stable. Even where there was an unprecedented issue with all tap water on the island, we were very comfortable thanks to the reservoir and stock of extra bottles. Great communication from the host. Our stay here was perfect, we would happily come back anytime.

A unique and peaceful time of rest. Our host provided us with all the things we needed from transportation from the airport to recommendations of what to do on the small island of Sal. Apartment was extremely clean based on a new complex with a shop, bar, cafe and restaurant. Would definitely return while the weather is wet and grey in the Uk for another experience of bikini beach and the beaches of Santa Maria. Thanks Edna

The studio provides all amenities for a comfortable stay. It has some extra items that are very useful: spices and spices, tea, dishwash detergent… The washing machine is particularly important for longer stays. It has a very inviting outdoor space. The location is the best of Santa Maria, close to everything, but calm enough to relax: on top of the beach, excellent pool with always available loungers. The condominium is very quiet, has privacy and the security guards are attentive and friendly.

Within a secure and clean park, very nice accommodation on the 1st floor of a residence with pool. Very well-equipped, clean and well-arranged accommodation, lots of documentation and details on the different activities. Perfect contact with Caroline and her team on site, kindness and flexibility. The lack of distance to Santa Maria is quickly forgotten thanks to the free shuttle throughout the day and evening. Finally, close to Bikini Beach, 15 minutes' walk, very nice. Beautiful two-beds, two-bathrooms apartment, spotlessly clean, within a resort. Access to the pools, restaurants and the beach. The price is for the accommodation, possible to upgrade to all-inclusive within the resort area for 71 EUR/person. A bit remote from Santa Maria, within a resort, all matching the description. Recommendations.

Maxine is a helpful, kind, and hospitable person. The apartment is clean, big for two couples with two children. It has two balconies and two bathrooms. There is an elevator in the building. Two outdoor pools can be used. There is a shop, restaurants, and an ATM nearby. A convenient amenity is a free bus to Santa Maria. You can walk to the beach from the apartment or take the bus to Ponta Preta beach. Very peaceful and safe complex. The Aqua Hotel complex has security. There is wifi access in the apartment and at the front desk.

Adrian’s apartment was exceptionally clean, with everything you would need, it was like home from home. We were met by Maxine who was very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The complex was very quiet and on most days had the pool to ourselves. The supermarket on site was reasonably priced including the restaurant and snack bar. A free shuttle bus can be taken to Ponta Preta Beach (3 mins) & Santa Maria (5 mins). We had a fabulous week & wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful weeks stay in Santa Maria. Lorraine’s place was fabulous with everything we needed. Walking distance to shops & lots of restaurants. The pool was lovely and right on the beach too & staff at the complex helpful & friendly. Lorraine did a great job in giving us all the checkin details clearly & many recommendations where to eat. Hopefully we will return next year.

Marco was exceptionally active in solving problems and answering questions to make the most of Isla do Sal. Functional accommodation as I wanted it..... away from the chaos but close to the center. Great experience. Thanks. Obrigada !!!

We just spent a week in this place. Everything was very good. Nice residence, quiet, beautiful pool. Very good location to walk to the beach or village of Santa Maria. Roger provided us with a lot of explanations before we arrived. Recommended place to stay.

The appartment is great located behind the plants so it offers nice privacy. It has everything someone needs for a carefree holidays. It is clean and cosy, you can feel that this appartment was decorated with love. Stijn also provided towels, so we had more space for personal items in the luggage. The only downside were mosquitoes, there were really lots of them on the terrace. Pool is amazing and being literally 10m from the ocean is priceless. We enjoyed walking to the pier, playing football with locals in the late afternoons and exploring Santa Maria. Overall great stay, highly reccomend.
