It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

We had a fantastic holiday! The apartment was very clean and suitably furnished. We liked the two balconies best, so we always had a warm and a cool place to be outside. We really liked the proximity to the beautiful beaches! Enrico was very helpful with questions. Overall a wonderful holiday in beautiful Sardinia!

We had a fantastic stay at Emilio’s place – the location was perfect, and the bikes provided made it super easy to cycle one way to the town with all the restaurants and the other to the beach and Roman ruins. The apartment was faultless – every detail felt thoughtfully considered. From beach towels and toiletries to a stocked fridge and plenty of coffee pods, everything was there to make us feel at home. We especially loved the outdoor area for breakfast in the mornings. Free and secure parking within a gated part of the property was a real bonus. Emilio was also very flexible with our check-in which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend!

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich. Responsive hosts, courteous , no communication issues The apartment was impeccably clean! There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

Modern, bright and well appointed apartment. Location is perfect, bang opposite the Palazzo Regio and right next to the Cattedrale Di Santa Maria Assunta e Santa Cecelia. Lucrezia very thoughtfully provided many local tips. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation - everything was super clean and we had 5 relaxing and relaxing days :) We highly recommend the accommodation, you can't go wrong here. My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

Beautiful apartment right on the ocean with its own beach access. It was wonderful to experience the sunrise and fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the evening. The apartment fully corresponds to the descriptions, is very clean and was optimal for us as a family with 2 small children. We were greeted very warmly and questions were answered quickly. The location is very quiet, but by car you can quickly reach the small town of Pula where you can find everything you need. We'll definitely be back one day.

Massimo welcomed us in an excellent way, the apartment is great, there are all the necessary services, we even found the essentials already available such as coffee, dishwashing and washing machine detergents, oil, etc. even fresh water in the fridge, a small detail but very appreciated! Great experience and super price! Highly recommended!!

We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

If you go on vacation in Sardinia, you always need a car. We chose Teulada as the departure point to visit various places. From here we visited Pula, Nora and Chia. And also S'Antioco and Calasetta. Anna Rita and her husband are very welcoming, flexible and easy going. The arrival time and departure time were negotiable. And in addition to their warm welcome, a bowl of delicious dolci sardi. We had nice days in their apartment.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
