Villa vacation rentals in Santa Lucia

Everything was ok with the accomodation and the communication we had with Piero. We had everything we needed for a family of 4. House is spacious and the kids can run around in the garden. Weather was not ideal, but that's nobody's fault - we did the best we could and enjoy the Sardinian island. It is true that the season is a bot off starting with mid october so not too much buzz around. We recommend also to go around and visit Bosa, Alghero, Cala Gonone, Posada (in the near by). We did not like Dorgali that much.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Obwohl man komplett für sich war, war der nächste Strand nur 3 min und der nächste Supermarkt auch nur 9 min entfernt. unsere Tochter könnte dort den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse spielen. Auch die Außendusche und Außenküche waren sehr schön, um den ganzen Tag draußen zu verbringen. für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub.

Pina ist eine herzliche, offene und kommunikative Person die sofort geantwortet hat und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment willkommen gefühlt, dies nicht zuletzt als sie uns mit einem leckeren Dessert persönlich empfangen hat. Das Haus ist ein Traum, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um einen sorgenfreien Urlaub zu geniessen . Ihr Mann war für die Reinigung des Pools einige Male beim Haus, dies jedoch jedesmal unscheinbar so dass es uns nicht stören konnte, obwohl dies sowieso nicht der fall gewesen war. Danke Pina

Villa meravigliosa, una vera e propria oasi di pace a stretto contatto con la natura, ideale per rilassarsi in coppia o in compagnia di amici. Letti e lenzuola comodissimi e di ottima qualità. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, incluse lavatrice e asciugatrice. Piscina e zona circostante sono il vero punto di forza, lo spazio all’aperto è davvero molto ampio e ben curato. Posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente aeroporto, supermercati e paesini limitrofi, in area silenziosa e poco affollata. Luigi è un padrone di casa molto disponibile e gentile, facilmente reperibile per qualsiasi necessità. Semplicemente perfetta! Ritorneremo sicuramente

We had a wonderful stay at Stefania’s apartment which is in an idyllic setting overlooking the coast, islands and Tyrrhenian Sea. The property was easy to find with the clear instructions provided, and Stefania’s communication was always proactive, helpful and professional. The immediate resort is very peaceful, surrounded by beautiful natural countryside, and the immediate coves and beaches. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach and the location is great for exploring the NE of Sardinia more broadly. The home itself is very comfortable, was well prepared, and we made good use of the outside space for eating and enjoying the views. We had a few questions to discuss and Stefania was always quick to respond, as well as being naturally proactive in offering suggestions and helpful advice. We would definitely return to this property and can recommend Stefania and her husband as excellent hosts.

The house is beautiful and serene, we had a great stay with two families. Ample spaces to share, beautiful view and the beaches are close by and really stunning. The only downside was that AC is available only in the three double bedrooms, and not in the fourth smaller bedroom nor in the common areas. During very hot days this wasn't exactly the best and this wasn't very clear from the description or from the answers the host gave us when booking. Besides this detail, the house is definitely recommended!

We had a great stay here. Although one of the beds was really too short (only approx. 180 cm long) the mattress was fine so we slept well. The area is very nice and calm, there is a nice view from the terrace and the distance to the port with many restaurants was easily walkable. The only thing that really disruptes our stay was the amount of wasps. Although we used the replent candles we coudln’t sometimes get rid of them so we could not enjoy outside eating as we planned. However, all in all I can recommend this place.

This villa was wonderful! The write up and pictures here don’t do it justice. We went as a group of two families with 4 adults and 6 children between us. The house was so big we never felt cramped. The location is brilliant - minutes from some super wonderful beaches. Our favourite was Spiaggia de La marina de puntaldia. It was so special. Lu impostu amazing as well. The shops are plentiful and close too. More about the villa. The pool was perfect! Every bedroom had a bathroom. With pool/beach towels and bath ones. The kitchen at the house was the best stocked of any I’ve ever been too! There was literally everything you could ever need to cook any meal which was great! The parasols to take to the beach we’re v welcome and we appreciate the cupboard having basics like oil salt etc. and the bin bags and dishwasher tablets etc makes that initial arrival easier. We are already planning to go again!!!

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

This home is a retreat from the big city bustle but also an escape from crowds and resorts. While everyone is packed at Porto Cervo or Porto Rotondo, you have a newly renovated home isolated on a beautiful mountain side! Cannot stress enough how serene it was (even with 3 kids (1,8,10). The pool provided ultimate entertainment in the morning while preparing breakfast; the lawn was ideal for stretching/yoga or paddle ball. Location: recommend a car/motorcycle as it is 10-15 min away from grocery store/restaurants (but this is not a negative). You are 15 minutes from San Pantaleo (true original Sardinian Village) which you can also reach by hiking 4 miles over Punta Cugnana. Arzachena is 15km NW from here and has the non tourist grocery store and shops. Olbia, Porto Cervo + Rotundo, Palau, etc are all within 30 minutes! Cala Gonone and Baunei coast 90 minutes. Stintino 2hrs. Location is 10/10. AC works very well in every room as do all amenities. Washing machine was great!

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

A lovely villa with beautiful views and very convenient for all the activities available in the area. Plenty of space both inside and outside the house and kept beautifully clean. WiFi worked well and pool table a bonus. The swimming pool was very cold which discouraged some swimmers and the villa is close to the Dorgali/Oliena road. Salvatore and Adriana were very helpful and welcoming and kindly provided some local produce. This is a lovely area to visit especially if you like a variety of outdoor activities.

Great hosts, amazing surroundings , Luca gave us a few tips on what restaurants to go and they were all great. The house and the surroundings felt so peaceful. We particularly loved the daily visits from Charlie and Dobby the dogs on site. Will def be back to this amazing place.

It was a great stay. It is necessary to have a car on Sardinia and if you could bring along a bike this would make it even more enjoyable. The beach is close but you need to walk on the street which has not much traffic so it was okay. The ocean is nice to swim and as we stayed there only 1 meter deep for the first 100 meters or something. Nice to swim also for beginners :)

El alojamiento es hermoso, es cómodo y muy completo, tiene todas las comodidades para hacer una estadía perfecta. Sin embargo lo que más nos gustó sin duda fue la vista desde el patio, es impagable levantarse y tener esa vista al golfo o verlo en el atardecer. La casa está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila, y si bien comparte el terreno con un vecino justo al lado, no escuchamos ningún ruido por lo que nuestra estadía fue geníal. Una cuestión importante a tener en cuenta es que el camino hacia la casa tiene aproximadamente 5 cuadras de tierra que no está en muy buen estado, recomiendo ir despacio porque tiene algunos pozos que son complicados y más si llueve. Exceptuando esto, el alojamiento es perfecto, sobre todo para ir en verano. Ademas destaco la atención de Bruna, quien nos respondió todas nuestras inquietudes y nos dio consejos para ir de compras o a comer en las cercanías del lugar. Sin dudas una experiencia muy linda que nos encantaría repetir.

we waren met 3 stelletjes en een baby, alle voorzieningen waren er. Er zijn op de locatie 3 appartementen die afzonderlijk afgesloten kunnen worden, dus voldoende privacy. het strand is heel dichtbij en de omgeving is fantastisch. we hadden wat moeite met het scheiden van het afval maar dat is allemaal goed gekomen. fantastische tijd gehad

We had a lovely stay at Villa Bouganville. The location is perfect and very convenient, and the views are beautiful. The highlight has to be the pool, which is lovely to lounge in during the afternoon when the sun has warmed it nicely. There are is a small shop and cafe within walking distance, but a car is a real must if you are staying here. The house is very comfortable and spacious. Martina and her team are also very proactive and organised, including communicating the rather particular waste disposal rules in the area. I would very much recommend a visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house has a fantastic vibe that made us feel right at home. The pool was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Very nice house with a terrific garden in a nice and peaceful area. Close though to excellent beaches and golf as well as San Teodoro where you find plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets and other things you might need. Barbara is a great hostess providing excellent recommendations and assistance should you bump in to any challenges. All in all we had a great stay and this certainly a place we could recommend to others.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus! Es ist großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und architektonisch beeindruckend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und es warteten Begrüßungslebensmittel auf uns – eine schöne Geste. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hatte für alles schnell eine Lösung. Besonders ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns als Familie wichtig war. Ein paar Dinge sind uns aufgefallen: Größere Hunde laufen frei auf dem Gelände, das Haus ist hellhörig, der Kühlschrank nachts laut, und das Duschen war oft kalt. Das Internet funktionierte, aber nicht in jedem Raum stabil. Ein Sonnenschirm draußen hätte uns ebenfalls gefehlt. Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine großartige Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, besonders für Familien!

Our stay here was wondeful - such a beautiful location, peaceful and private in a rural area but a very short drive to Orosei. It suited us really well and we spent many a night on the veranda eating and drinking local produce. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, it was spotless. Not only that but it was really well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catered holiday - it was like a home from home. The dipping pool is lovely and refreshing, and the surrounding grounds are fun to explore. loved the peacocks too! Thank you Luca! ❤️

Ruhige Lage, schöner Strand in 5 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen / Essen gehen. Ohne Auto nicht empefhlenswert. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, die Kissen halfen dabei leider auch nicht weiter. Sonst alles Tip Top. Manuela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und dauerhaft erreichbar.

We had an amazing holiday at Silvia’s house! We could check in very easily and flexible and the communication with Silvia was very helpful, quickly and always friendly! She gave us a lot of tips for must-sees as the most beautiful beaches or gave us a hint for a music festival at Budoni. The place itself is very beautiful, perfectly clean and welcoming! I have to outline the really big equipment of the kitchen which I never had before in an holiday home. We even found a stock of pasta, coffee, wine or oil that we could use at our arrival (and replaced afterwards) - which was so nice after a long flight. The pool was also amazing. It is good to know that there is no wifi 🛜 at home - but in fact it was nice to enjoy a digital detox during our stay. I can only recommend and we will definitely come back for our next holiday on Sardegna!
