This is my second time staying with Brandon, as his service is simply the best. He’s always responsive and helpful. The place is clean, centrally located and has a helpful security guard. If you’re trying to do work, the apartment comes with a monitor and keyboard so you can hook up your equipment to it. Having warm water is a must for me and this place has plenty of it. I don’t even bother looking for another place to stay. This is the place!

Second time staying. Super pleased with everything, the building has amazing amenities. Security is top notch. The apt has everything you need, hot water, towels, cooking supplies (pots pans, coffee maker, seasonings). Also if you want to cook you have everything you need right next door. You can also opt to have food delivered and it’s received by the building staff as well. Location is amazing. Highly recommended. Deisy is a great host and is only a message away.

Easy bus/uber to other areas (and is right near expected metro stop) Camila and her day to day point person Alejandro quickly responsive to all queries and questions.

The apartment is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. A very pleasant stay with Benjamin, who was very kind despite a misunderstanding on my part at the beginning. The security staff were always attentive and helped give me directions and even took care of my suitcase after my check-out time. If I'm looking to stay near Zona T again, I'll definitely consider this apartment.

Due to work we stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks: we can only warmly recommend it: the neighbourhood is safe and restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just around the corner. First of all the apartment is equipped with everything necessary even for a long stay, it is very quiet and there is plenty of room and space. It is even perfect for working, the internet works without problems. No matter what you need, Señor Leo is there to help you..

Jimmy was very attentive, he helped me with everything I needed, always available. The space was perfectly accommodated to what I needed, I was able to study, cook and rest easy. The sector is close to different establishments such as stores, shopping centers, close to the airport and main roads. I will definitely be staying there again. There is no heating but an electric heater for the shower.

Since we arrived, the experience was good, with us being able to check in before the check-in time. The apartment is just as it appears in the pictures, with clean rooms, clean bathrooms and equipped just like the living room. The fully equipped kitchen with its utensils and the large refrigerator were at our disposal. It has a washer-dryer to wash everything before we left. The security of the building was important as it has 24/7 security at the entrance. Mr. Juan Bautista was a great host, always attentive to everything and with an immediate response. I would recommend this place again

The place is perfect! Our Host was extremely attentive, helpful, let us check earlier, we were taken care of wonderful. The apartment is super spacious, there are two rooms where two people sleep in each and in the living room there is a sofa that opens up and someone else could sleep there. The kitchen is equipped, there are towels, sheets, you see that the place is renovated or new, it is cold in the city but if you close the windows do not pass the cold. And there are bedspreads too. The water is warm well in the shower. The kitchen works, the fridge is large. There is a batea. Television in every room… really the price is a bargain for everything it offers. And it'S SUPER close to Simon Bolivar Park. Highly recommended.
