Kaya Kalpa-Organic Designer Apartment in Condesa

After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Our house is a unique space, its architecture design is conscious and sensitive to its environment, taking care of the entry of natural light into every corner. Due to its design, each corner tells a story and allows you to create intimate and creative moments without losing contact with the other corners of the house and with the other people who accompany you. On three levels you will find everything you need to rest, to create, to work, to do yoga, to cook, to relax, to read and more!

Casa José Clemente Orozco Coyoacán

Located in Coyoacán, typical Mexican neighborhood surrounded by markets, museums and historical buildings, a few blocks from Museu Frida Khalo, this house was the first studio for the painter and muralist José Clemente Orozco, who designed and build it between 1921 and 1923. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the main suite has a king-size bed, Smart TV and a terrace. It has a big and beautiful garden and a work space with its own terrace too. The garden is shared by 2 houses.

My San Angel Refuge

Mi Refugio San Angel, is a spacious and modern space, to feel out of the city, being centrally in it. It has a Temazcal (under reservation), hydromassage tub, terraces, garden with hammocks, lounge chair, outdoor dining area, bonfire area, indoor fireplace. 2 rooms with full bathroom, queen size sofa bed; open, spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Private parking. The main room can be opened to a view towards the double height of its large room.
