This is a nice place. Our room had a view of the lake, and there are a few good restaurants within a short walking distance ( <5 minutes). You can walk to the main drag, but that is probably 10 - 15 minutes away. Heated floors are great for chilly nights. Included breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

A pleasant experience in this space, it is a very warm and comfortable environment. Hugo was always ready to help with any concerns and questions that arose prior to our arrival and during the stay. I organize the pick-up at the airport and our visit to the glacier and Chalten for us, he has all the necessary information so that you don't have to worry about anything else but enjoying yourself, I even prepare food for the excursion days. The only bad thing is that we didn't have enough days to continue getting to know the place, so we'll definitely be back.

An excellent place. A good location to start the main Chalten trekking trails. Maria gave me good information for excursions and everything there is to do around. Very good disposition for everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

Our stay was great overall. Great value for money and our stay included breakfast. The location was also great just about a 6-7min walk to the center. Although the bidet was not really working properly and kind of splashed everywhere so I hope that could be fixed but aside from that, all good.

We loved staying here! We were in awe by how helpful and responsive our host was as well as the great included breakfast. We had the ability to check in flexibly, leave our bags, and easily got help to call a taxi nearby. A great and quaint stay in the town.

This is a great location, accepting there are a few steps to navigate in the short walk to the centre of El Calafate. The added bonus is that the tour I chose did a pick up here which they do not do for all Air BnBs.

We had a great time and close to downtown!! We loved our room and the area an 8-minute walk from downtown by a fairly quiet path. The Staff was super friendly reception, they suggested activities and very attentive to our breakfast time for daily activities. We really loved it! We recommend it 100% 🙂🙌🏽

The room is as described and seen in the photos, very clean, private and in an excellent location, Lorena was very attentive and helped me organize the rest of my trip, I would definitely stay with them again.

We had a great time at hotel del Lago. The common spaces are really cute to hang around. The included breakfast was also amazing. There a lots of options even for vegan people. The staff was really nice and helpful. You can start the hikes directly from the hostel.
