We spent the Easter holiday with a group of friends on the site and loved it, all impeccable and exactly as it appears in the photos. The place is very well equipped and was super clean, hosts Atila and Natália are super attentive, respond quickly and have provided us with an amazing experience. The villagers too, as well as the hosts, made our stay excellent. Access to the site and the city is easy. The space is perfect for taking pets, as the property is completely fenced and they loved. We would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

The whole experience was sensational at Lucas' house, starting with his kindness and promptness in returning our messages and requests, giving us mega useful information for the comfort of our stay and valuable tips on amazing places to visit in Espírito Santo do Pinhal. The house is a gem, even more beautiful than in the photos, impeccably clean and very comfortable, in addition to being in a privileged location. We felt very welcome and it was a very pleasant weekend. We highly recommend and will be back for sure! One of the best stays I've had in so many years of Airbnb!

Luiz Felipe's house is very pleasant, very clean and is in a quiet place surrounded by nature. It has a very well-kept lawn and landscaping and everything is very spacious. Large pool and always clean water. It has a multi-sport court with an excellent structure. The house is complete with utensils, bed and bath linens, all of great quality. Great tour recommendations, very complete. There is also a very suitable space usage manual. The caretakers Adailza and Rubens are very friendly and helpful. We'll be back for sure.

Clean house, pleasant environment. Excellent for couples and small families to rest, the only sound we heard was from the birds. Safe environment for children, well-equipped and well-marked. I went by the car app and the path was quiet, paved street. It has 3 fans, TV with several cable channels, barbecue, stove, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and other items. I had a little incident in the kitchen and Nahia was very understanding with me. I intend to come back again and again.

If you're looking for peace, this is the place. Located in the city, but it seemed like we were in the countryside due to the nature present in the place… surrounded by trees and greenery, birds singing, a forest around the neighborhood. There are shops nearby that you can even walk to if you need something urgently. The owner of the house always responded to us very quickly when we needed something, very polite and proactive. The house is very beautiful, it has a very complete structure… benches to relax everywhere, sofa in the living room, swimming pool, full kitchen, comfortable bed with pillows and blankets, clean bathroom with towels, air conditioning, etc. We really love it and are very satisfied with everything.

Danilo is an extremely understanding, communicative and polite host. The house appears to be new, or newly renovated, well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the main trades, such as cafeteria, bakery and super market. You can leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. We love the stay, and will be back soon.

We loved the house, very quiet, nice, comfortable, very good shower. Super helpful, helpful, quiet host. We even had an unforeseen event with our car, causing damage to the house and Edinho attended to us on Sunday, understood and was sympathetic about the accident. Only the pool heating depends on the sun, so if it's cloudy or not very hot, it ends up not heating up. We'll be back other times when we get the chance.

I couldn't fail to mention how simply wonderful my stay was! The house matches the photos, by the way, to tell the truth and even more beautiful in person! Fernanda always answered us promptly and with accurate information, the previous comments made us afraid, but when we arrived everything was impeccable and without any problem, the house was extremely smelly and clean. Well-equipped kitchen and a very good barbecue. On the outskirts we find markets that supplied us very well without having to get around a lot.

Great home with your location close to markets and great space, I'm sure I'll rent again.
