Impecable todo, muy lindo hospedaje, saludos!

A casa está muito bem localizada, é limpa e confortável. Os anfitriões são solícitos e transparentes.

Luis, y Pedro su hijo especialmente son muy amables! Están siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Durante el viaje hemos tenido algunas complicaciones y han tenido muchísima paciencia, siempre velando por el turista. Las habitaciones son completas, están remodeladas, limpias, súper cómodas con todo lo que necesitas para un buen descanso. El desayuno es exquisito, y Romero nos atendió muy bien, con buenas indicaciones locales que nos hicieron más fácil la estadía. Se ubica en una zona muy estratégica de la ciudad, cerquita de todo a pie. Estamos realmente agradecidos por el buen trato, y recomendamos este alojamiento 100%.

Todo genial en nuestra corta estancia: todo muy limpio, muy confortable, céntricamente situado, y la atención de Olga Lidia impecable, siempre dispuesta a nuestros requerimientos.

Great Airbnb in a great location, WiFi was also the second best connection I’ve had in all of Cuba (the first was in Havana at an Airbnb that used StarLink), overall recommend this place. Only negative things is that the bathroom occasionally smelled of sewage and there was a little salamander/lizard walking on the walls of my room. If you’re going to change money to pesos don’t do it here since the hosts exchange rate of 210 pesos to 1 dollar is the lowest I’ve seen in all of Cuba. The street rate is 260/265 currently and all my other Airbnbs have offered 230-250

Abbiamo soggiornato da Pedro una sola notte e da subito è stato molto ospitale e di grande aiuto. L'alloggio si trova a breve distanza da Piazza Vidal , il centro della cittadina. Per vedere il memorial del Che è comunque ne cessario prendere dei mezzi ma con pochi pesos si trovano facilmente dei bici taxi. Da sottolineare che Pedro parla un ottimo inglese, la comunicazione è stata quindi molto facile. Grazie Pedro! Lo raccomando!

We loved our stay in Santa Clara and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in an authentic Cuban home. Olga and her sister are both really nice people who made us feel at home immediately and the house is lovely with so many nice areas to sit. The room was really clean and spacious with a good bathroom and hot shower. The breakfast offered is great value and you get lots of items each morning. We had such a nice time staying with Olga and will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Santa Clara. Thank you for an amazing stay! 😊

La casa mas que casa parece un hotel, pero con una atención súper calida y personalizada. Entras a la habitación y todo huele súper rico, la limpieza es impecable, la cama, seguro es la mejor de todo Cuba, y hay wifi!!! En el resto de Cuba es bastante complicado conectarse, en Privilege lo haces desde la habitación. Encima Lili y Aníbal son unos anfitriones increíbles. Se me presentaron varios problemas y ellos me contuvieron y ayudaron a resolver todo. Además la ubicación es excelente. Me llevo de Santa Clara dos amigos. Sin dudas, volvería a ir mil veces a su casa

The location is 3 minutes away from the main square. We stayed only one night at this hotel, and unfortunately electricity was not available (as usual in this area), but a generator was available and everything went well. The host and his wife were extremely friendly and kind, and helped in all matters. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, highly recommended!

Gloria and her family are very kind and hospitable. The accommodation is characterized by a family atmosphere and a pleasant interior environment. We received excellent breakfast and service. We got good ideas and directions for places to see and to get to know the area.

Foi ótimo ficar na Suíte Florencia. Fomos recebidos muito bem, com toda atenção e carinho por toda a equipe. As instalações são lindas, além de extremamente limpas. Vamos sempre nos lembrar da excelente receptividade!

Très bel endroit à Santa Clara , accueil charmant avec un verre de jus frais après les Kms en voiture. Personnel attentionné , on a eu droit à la visite des lieux , le toit terrasse , les indications sur la ville .Superbe petit déjeuner préparé avec goût. Endroit sécurisé en étage .Chambres au calme. Décoration ambiance coloniale. Merci de maintenir ce bel endroit impeccable malgré les contraintes '' techniques '' inhérentes à la période en cours . Béatrice et Renaud
