Family-friendly vacation rentals in Santa Catalina Island

Kim was a pleasure to deal with. She was very communicative and her place is right in the middle of town. It was easy to get to everything from her place. Having a golf cart included with the room was a huge bonus. Would stay here again for sure

Beautiful complex with gorgeous views and lots of nice amenities. Loved staying at Hamilton Cove in Catalina Island. Looks like a village on a Greek island, quaint, charming and peaceful.

Jeremy’s place was even more beautiful than pictured. Hamilton Cove is situated on a steep hillside and provides beautiful views of the ocean. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The floors in the master bath were even heated. We enjoyed the fireplace in cooler weather. It’s a short 10 min drive to downtown Avalon on the 6 seater golf cart that comes with the condo. It was the perfect place for our girls trip.

The place was amazing, with breathtaking views. The check in was easy and simple, and the place was clean. The golf cart was a great plus and super helpful with getting around the island. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Great apartment with a fantastic view. Andre and Leslie were very responsive and kind, even got us an early check in. The taxi from the ferry to the apartment is a nice perk. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a great stay here. The location is perfect, and the golf cart made experiencing Catalina easy and fun! The view from the unit is incredible. Lamont was communicative and responsive. There were a few things which in no way spoiled our time there but should be addressed. Not all windows open due to broken mechanisms, and the shower pressure and hot water were weak at best, but only for the shower, so I think it could be easily addressed. But, having morning coffee on the deck, easy access via the golf cart to restaurants, hiking, the beach, and everything else Avalon has to offer, it was an enjoyable stay.

Hugh was a great host and made the process extremely easy! The condo was very clean and had a very nice view of Hamilton Cove. Very much worth the $$ for the location and peaceful environment. Thanks for the hospitality Hugh and Chela. We’d love to visit again soon!

This was the cleanest short term rental I have ever seen. I mean squeaky clean. The condo has a million dollar view and the golf cart is top notch! You definitely need a good cart when you’re on the island. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santa Catalina Island.

Place was very clean, like spotless clean! Place is very charming and unique.Gets a bit noisy since it’s by the street but didn’t really bother us. The only thing is, it was really windy during our stay that the windows in front was loud and kept rattling,we had to put some towels to prevent it from making too much noise, otherwise it’ll keep us awake the whole night, the towels did help! Everything was great, Michael was very responsive and Amber was very nice and accommodating. We had a great stay. They have a very reasonable price too as compared to others I looked at. Would recommend the place!😊

Fantastic location, easy to access, was exactly like the photos. Was what we expected and more. I would recommend anyone familiar with Catalina Island to enjoy this spot as much as we did. Would book again when going back.
