The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

Responsive host, clean unit. Alll we need in our stay are available, though, we did not use their things as we bring our own personal stuffs . Clear instruction , hassle-free check-in . The price is fair, just enough for their services , maintenance cost, and utilities . Definitely, we will book this again.

I had an amazing 10-day stay at Angelica’s condo in the vibrant BGC/Burgos Circle area! The location is unbeatable, with plenty to do—shopping, dining, and exploring—all within walking distance. The coffee shop in the lobby was perfect for morning brews, and having a laundry service and a convenience store right next door made my stay even more comfortable. Angelica was an exceptional host, providing quick responses and thoughtful local recommendations. The area felt very safe and was always lively, making it a perfect home base during my trip. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return on my next visit!

Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

Excellent use of space. The unit was neat and orderly. Also, the table size is good for remote workers, and the Wi-Fi worked properly during our stay. P.S: I really liked their pillows the most, had the best sleep in a while :D

Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

We had such a great time celebrating my husband’s post-birthday at Chloe’s Place! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing and cozy getaway. The location was super convenient, with plenty of food spots and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or any essentials. Getting around was a breeze, though we brought our own car, and having a reserved parking slot (for a small fee) was a big plus. There was also plenty to do! We enjoyed walking around the area, and for an additional fee, we had access to the swimming pool and basketball court—such a fun bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful, and the neighbors were so warm and friendly, even though we were only there for a couple of days. Overall, it was totally worth it, and we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend Chloe’s Place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. Perfect, location wise. Typically not crowded so going in and out of the building is relatively fast. The unit is clean with cleaning materials available to use (good for daily maintenance). I highly recommended this place if this listing comes across your search! Thanks.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.
