This place is amazing. Host Rodrigo was so helpful, friendly and available at all times. Went beyond to make us feel comfortable. Definitely will stay here again when needed.

The place is beautiful, especially if you are traveling with adults only. For the kids, you must watch them all the time because there are many stairs. (I think a lot of places are like that over here.) The host was very responsive and helpful and the girl who watches the place was very pleasant to deal with. The view is stunning and overall with enjoyed our stay.

This Airbnb was an amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the property. The views are incredible—stunning scenery in every direction, making for truly memorable sunrises and sunsets. The home itself was spotless and well-designed, with thoughtful touches that made the stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The service was warm and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. It’s a special place that exceeded our expectations, and I’d love the opportunity to come back someday. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway!

This place was perfect for our family. Very spacious, open and serene. The views were to die for. And we were right on the lake. The living space facing the lake had wall to wall glass doors that opened all the way to give you a full panoramic view of the outdoors. Ronald and Wendy were amazing. They were very helpful, accommodating, always available for anything we needed. Very humble couple who made our stay a success. The only downfall was getting in and out of the parking space. Since we are on a mountain the driveways are steep and narrow. The host was very accommodating, helpful and easy to reach. I woupd definitely recommend this home. Looking forward to coming back.

Had a pretty good time at Jessica’s house. The location was extremely safe! Never felt like I was in danger. The guards are super friendly but also super strict on protecting the community. The house itself was lovely. There was only AC on the first floor, the rooms upstairs had ceiling fans. There were a few nights where it got quite toasty even with the fans on (so had to remove almost all the blankets and sleep in fresh clothes). Loved that the bathrooms had hot water though and had good water pressure. Our last night we did run into a bump- Santa Ana got hit with a pretty nasty storm and the roof started leaking in 2 of the 3 rooms. Nothing could be done at the moment but Jessica was quick to respond and help out anyway she can. I appreciate the communication and even though we had a leaky roof (that would be fixed as I was told) we will probably be back when we visit Santa Ana again. ❤️ Will totally recommend this place to anyone. ☺️

Unfortunately certain circumstances prevented us from being able to stay at the cottage location in Coatepeque lake, however Douglas was able to accommodate us with another one of his properties right on the edge of the lake. The Casa vista Veneto home had exceeded our expectations. What a beautiful spacious home with access to the lake. Not only was the view spectacular, but the services was magnificent. The maintenance lady, Nataly, was very helpful and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. We were also given the option to rent out boats, jet skis, or other watercraft’s that would be dropped off right at the doc. Overall we had an incredible time here and if the cottage is anything like this one was, we definitely have something to look forward to next time!

Excellent place to stay. I have stayed twice and the service and attention are the best. Oscar and Valeria have always been there for any questions. I am very grateful. I hope to return soon. The place is super comfortable and with all the amenities to rest and have a spectacular time with beautiful sunsets. The hospitality of Mich and Doña Lupe (who is at the place) are unbeatable and there are also many options to tour the area!!

Excellent service, clean, tidy and complete facilities. Clear and precise directions, always attentive and the host responded instantly. They always helped us find attractions and food. Very well-equipped kitchen, all areas in very good condition, the combination of the estuary and the sea is amazing. I would definitely go back.

Recommended Well-equipped with towels, kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi. Very good location. The owners are always attentive and helpful, and best of all, Blanca and Ricardo, the ranch managers, are a delight.

Muriel’s home is exactly what an Airbnb stay should be. Authentic to the surroundings and locale. The views are breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back again.

If you love the weird and wonderful, exploring nooks and crannies and discovering books and arts, then you'll find yourself in a veritable Wonderland here, topped by a superb view and a lovely pool as well as a magical Sphere. If you need hot water, all the mod cons and a house free of nature, then this is not for you. A mad mix of your gran's house, a Merchant Ivory production and a museum/art gallery, we had a very relaxing and edifying time here. Muriel's mum was the daughter of polish emigres and herself a French emigre who established a cultural salon and gallery during the long civil wall in El Salvador. Some of the bedrooms in the house are weird and, as our 6 year old said, creepy. Not everyone will love the bats and the occasional scorpion like we do. There was also more noise from the neighbours than we were expecting. Muriel was so helpful with brilliant recommendations. We highly recommend this gem of a place. It felt like a great privilege to be staying there.

We had an excellent experience. The place is nice, clean and with everything you need to feel comfortable as a family. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is ideal, with restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!
