AMATEPEQUE- Spacious house for family and friends

This house with more than 100 yrs. has its own charm. It stands out for its large size and rustic style, preserving its original walls, floors, windows and doors. Fabulous location just 5 min. from gas station and 10 min. from Cardedeu venue. Multiple gardens surround the 305M2 house with spacious bedrooms, living & dining rooms and kitchen. It has been in our family for generations, so we appreciate you taking care. Do not expect luxuries since we wanted to preserve many furniture and details.

Calm and cozy house on Coatepeque lake. Enjoy the spectacular views and sunsets of the volcanic lake. Ideal for couples looking for a getaway. Small and comfy house. Great location, just 2km from the gas station and a mini market, 45 minutes from San Salvador, right in front of Cardedeu/La Pampa (restaurant). Please note there are numerous stairs to get to the house, not suitable for anyone with physical difficulties.
