Located 35 min from SJO international airport and 10 mins to Route 27 makes it the perfect location without having to experience the buzz of the city. An ultra luxurious cabin made with quality materials and an inspired design. The sound and smell of the wind blowing through the cedar trees is intoxicating. Therapeutic to say the least. The view is incredible. Although there are blackout curtains, I can't imagine why anyone would want to block the view. Truly magical. Our hosts were so nice! Very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Such a relaxing and exhilarating stay. The pool and sauna were very much appreciated as well.

Carlo's place was great! We stayed almost a week and felt right at home. We saw many birds and even a couple frogs from the expansive living room and deck. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated and worked great. The showers were nice. We cooked in the kitchens many mornings and were very happy with the set up and appliances. I also have to say that Cuidad Colon was a charming small town and I hope to return someday. All in all I highly recommend Carlo's place!

My fiancé and I stayed for nearly three weeks and had a very exceptional experience. We understood immediately that the host had the needs of the guest in mind. The host was very polite, helpful and proactive; providing us with clear instructions to ensure a smooth stay. The unit was functional for two and had plenty of kitchenette options to prepare meals which we appreciated greatly since we both work remote. The WiFi signal is strong and reliable - huge plus here. And another great plus - there is air conditioning and a fan which we highly appreciated too since most places in Costa Rica don’t have air conditioning. There is easy access to public transportation, plenty of restaurants and shops to ensure a comfortable and positive experience for anyone looking for convenience. We will definitely keep this host and accommodation in mind for future stays!

Gaby is super attentive and available. The service team is very nice. It's very nice to have breakfast in the garden or spend a quiet afternoon cooking in the small but very well-equipped kitchen. I would have liked a little more silence in the mornings, but the comfort of the place is more important. The bed is very comfortable (maybe they should improve the option of pillows for different needs). I'll be back as soon as I can, I definitely felt at home.
