The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping mall, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the room, the room is fully equipped, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the Host is warm and hospitable, I will choose this room again next time I come to Paris!I love Paris!!

I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment in Paris! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Amira’s place was lovely. Everything we needed was right within the area and we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful, a great place for two guests. It is an elegant property and I will 100% will be staying there again, I had a wonderful time!

Great place to stay, beautifully clean, super communication with host. We arrived early and they worked so hard to clean quickly to let us in at 3pm. We would stay again. Very restful and quiet. The balconies are amazing.

The accommodation is very well arranged and is really nice. The layout is ideal and you feel really good there. Ideally located, close to the train station and with parking possibilities, it's a perfect place to rest. The place is quiet, a nice bakery next door (for foodies). Denis is a really nice owner. He is accommodating and makes us feel at home in his home.

Great location outside of central Paris, buses connecting to subways close by. Very convenient location if you want to explore Paris but stay outside of the city center

Very welcoming and very friendly couple. They are friendly and relaxed, everything you need to feel comfortable. Beautiful, very warm property. The layout and furnishings are beautifully thought out, everything is impeccable and very tasteful! Unfortunately, I did not have time to visit the surroundings, but Conflans-Saint-Honorine seems to me to be a very beautiful town where the necessary is not far from the residence. Very nice experience. I would highly recommend it

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

An incredibly cozy house in beautiful surroundings. Large garden that was excellent for the children, and it was spacious, clean and nice inside. The house was equipped with the essentials, within walking distance to shops (10 minutes) and trains (2 minutes). We took the train directly to the center of Paris, Disneyland and to beautiful Saint Germain en Laye - very convenient. Although the train regularly passes right by the house, we did not experience it as annoying. The host was very nice and helpful, he had good recommendations and tips! We also met the housekeeper who was incredibly nice and helpful. I really recommend this house for traveling with a larger group and children, and the host is amazing!

Excellent day in company in Fabienne's home. Our hosts were delighted with their time and enjoyed the garden. The place is relaxing. Fabienne, her husband and son made us feel very welcome and were very available. To be recommended without hesitation.

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really appreciated. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend it.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

This was my second visit to Remco's place. The apartment is beautifully designed and it's such a pleasure to spend time in it, and the area of Paris it's located in. Thank you for being such a great host and we look forward to our next visit!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
